The Dartz Prombon is the world's most expensive SUV, featuring armour plating, bullet-proof windows and exotic leather interiors.
The starting price for this monster car aimed at the ultra-rich is at least $1.1m (£730,000; €1m). Leonard Yankelovich, the car's Latvian designer, describes what motivates him and what kind of people buy his cars.

That's just who Leonard is. He did a Jalopnik interview where he posted Russian porn in his answers. He said the new Dartz Black Shark ''Will 'Fuck Rolls-Royce Big Car Before It Will Born'." He's just an individual with a lot of machismo and no filter. As far as I know, that image has worked pretty well for him in Russia and the former Soviet Republics. There are definitely Dartz SUVs on the road in Ukraine, Russia, Azerbaijan, and the Stans, *especially* Azerbaijan and the Stans because of the authoritarian governments and concentrated resource wealth. As rare as they are.

It’s the same car, developed in Russia and marketed by Latvians, and assembled in Russia and Estonia
originally its a russian T98
visually similar, but Dartz built atop a german Mercedes AMG GL platform, T-98 Kombat based on General Motors components, including an 8.1 litre Vortec engine, Allison transmission, and GM heavy duty suspensions.
