As always I commend Senator Whitehouse for his unbridled honesty and hope he continues speaking truth to power. May the voters and the courts listen to him.
You are nearly the only politician calling the Capture of SCOTUS outright, and I thank you so much for that. I very much appreciate you and your honesty, honor, and tenacity, Sir: Mr. Whitehouse, you are a national treasure.

Trump doesn't do debates. He never debated one candidate in the primaries. If he is forced into debating Biden before November, he will just spue lie after lie. Even if the moderator fact checked him on the spot, Trump will just say the same lie again. ..and the Maga base will cheer every time he does.

That is why you have not heard about www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-joint-resolution/54/text the We the People Amendment to overturn Citizens United and much more. You also have not heard the real dangers of fracking, if you even know what it is, nor have you corporate media cover the platform of Marianne Williamson. All these topics would reduce the profits of corporate media oligarchs.

There should be the same number of Justices as there are circuit courts, 13.
For some reason President Biden doesn’t seem to want to take the lead on the “13 circuits = 13 justices” project. Why is he dragging his feet on this? Democrats will soon look back In anger over the failures to act perpetrated by Garland, Biden and others who refused to be heroes when called upon to do so.

We need a Democratic majority in the House & 60 Democratic senators to investigate & remove corrupt Justices, since Republikons won't do anything to stop their billionaire donors' corrupt court.
Wherever there’s a position of power and authority where one is appointed to serve for life, there is a strong likelihood of capture and corruption.

We are in a very bad place. When millions of dollars and millions of hours are spent on the fact finding and resolution of a legitamate issue, especially one
that involves our voting rights and the influences on voting itself, only to have a biased "court" alter the results of that work to benefit one side of our political
spectrum or the other. The people who did all that work in a bipartisan and honest fashion should be livid. The rest of us who count on this effort to yield us
a representative form of government should be outraged as well. It was our money, and the good faith that went with it, and if I understand this correctly,
that just got thrown in the trash by our "supreme court" and if we are all just going to sit by and watch them do this to us then we deserve what comes next.
