    Bill I have heard some stories of very challenging well-share situations. How did you address any concerns you had before purchasing your property and with it the well-share agreements.

      Hi Don, our well share was established about 10 years ago and as such almost all of the"kinks" have been worked out. A well share written agreement is in place with the option to, at anytime, opt out of the well share if we were to for example want to go 100% rainwater harvesting. For us, the well share makes fiscal sense. After doing the math, the break even point on going rain water collection vs monthly wellshare cost is about 12 years.

    You need a portable handheld mini tripod. Also isn't the opposite end of a smaller diameter?
