I check my clothes all the times. What I use and what I don't use. I know lots of people like to resell stuff but I just donate to goodwill

2024 has been my year to declutter. I’m following a course that I bought myself for Christmas last year. Among the concepts I’ve learned is spend 5 minutes every day picking up trash or taking things to their designated home. It’s effective and results are cumulative.
I have minimal nice clothes reserved for special occasions. I work with dogs so 99% of my wardrobe is tshirts and joggers. I wear my clothes until ripped or stained then toss. Not nice enough to donate.
My car is a rolling trash can so I’ll work on it today. I’ve been working 12-16 hours the past few weeks and my car reflects that, going from appointment to appointment.

I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but I'm at crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio?
