Thanks for the video, this was exactly the inspiration I needed to make a holder for my nalgene. I also found some cool webbing from ripstop by the roll too!
I swear I've learned more from you about sewing/making my own gear than any other resources I have discovered anywhere... Please never stop doing these videos ;o)
HI Jelly Fish, Man-oh-man, I LIKE your Bottle Carrier. It looks so good and you did a Fabulous on it and explaining "How To" make it also. Very Nice Job, Girl. 😁 I love your video's too.💖
JFish! I just found your channel!! I am already picking up some great tips!! I love the detal that you give about your technique. I am learning a lot about neatening-up my work. Keep the good vids coming!!
That's slick! I know you can buy those things already made, but it's not near as fun as making stuff. I made something similar for my Yeti. Great tutorial!
I made pretty much the same sort of thing for my 30 & 60 liter food barrels that I use for canoe camping. I clip the barrel harness onto the "D" rings on the shoulder straps of the canoe packs for portaging. It work. Very well.
This is a great channel, but it seems this was the last video released and was 6 years ago. Are you not around anymore? Whatever the case, I hope you are doing well.
Why not put 2 clip 'receivers' on the bottle.holder? You can then make a belt-loop that attaches to only one and an over-the-shoulder strap attaching to both.
Juan Spinel my issue with the belt loop is that I’d have to wear a belt, it would interfere with my waist straps on my backpack, and my waist to hip ratio is womanly (this last one may be the biggest problem$. Anything that goes on my belt has to be short or it hits me in a bad way. I could possibly carry some of those squat water bottles.
really nice, also I love how it matches with your blouse and the end :D

Danny Walker thanks. I really am pleased with how easy the outdoor ink webbing is to work with too!

Jeff Moore I bet that works great. Very cool.
Thank you, this is what I am looking to do for my kids.
Another project I’d like to tackle is a lightweight rain jacket, but would look to you for advice.
Great ❤job!
How many inches of webbing in total did you use for this project?

Juan Spinel you could try that.
Jelly Fish I would but last time I tried thread injecting I ended up making a hole in the fabric instead. (Woops)😂
Juan Spinel ut oh!
I wonder if a clip arrangement like that would rattle when walking. Thoughts? I need to surround myself with a dome of silence.
Jelly Fish attached to a belt loop you could secure the 'free' clip with the shock cord and it should also bounce less against your legs. YMMV
