Since Flash Player EOL is now happening, We've now provided a Google Drive download link to the original flash tour files from Windows XP Professional SP3: drive.google.com/file/d/1Y0XmEqRR1qWxhMM01tJWGdQqXnkUkDN3/view?usp=sharing [Just unzip the file & double-click *"Tour.exe"* to view the tour. i remember watching the tour in a downgraded (or upgraded, if you will) windows vista compaq with windows xp on it when i had no ethernet, absolute joy hearing this after years
"The Connected Home and Office" from Whistler reminds me a lot of Vanessa Carlton's older work, songs like "Ordinary Day" or "Pretty Baby". very similar composition.
I haven't heard of windows xp beta tour song properly(prob. because i thought it was the same song as the final version) but at 6:55 sounds wholesome better than the final version i swear...
A mix of windows whistler and xp tour soundtracks at once sounds pretty catchy, I doubt this will likely happen but I would be appreciated if it came back in windows 11 even with different tips.
Please note that the: Safe & Easy Personal Computing, Unlock The World Of Digital Media, and Windows XP Basics are the intact one (same music, but the beta one, well, the way they played it, it was not exactly the same as final, instrumental playing wise 100%, but is the same note music). Introduction Theme in beta uses the Best For Business final music (again, as mentioned above, same music but playing wise not 100%). While the Best For Business in Beta uses the final The Connected Home & Office music in final (again, as mentioned above, same music but playing wise not 100%). I personally like the unreleased track of The Connected Home & Office. ;)
I think the music files are embedded into the actual _tour.exe_ file. I imported the other _.SWF_ files into Adobe Flash; (segment1.swf segment2.swf etc.) but I did not find any layers in those _.SWF_ files that contain music. I think you would have to manually convert the _tour.exe_ file into a _.SWF_ file first before importing it into Adobe Flash, and see if there are any layers that contain music. Afterwards, You can delete the other layers that contain any other audio files, (such as the narration), and finally export it as a _.WAV_ file. Alternatively, you can visit Bill Brown's Soundcloud Page (link provided in the description of this video), and download the audio files from there. Plus, the audio files in his Soundcloud page have a higher bitrate than the ones included in Windows XP. Although, you can only download them if you have a Soundcloud account. Hope this helps, and thank you for your comment.
@@fortunatevlogs3220 Sure. I got the soundtrack from Bill Brown's site a few years ago. In it are Tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 10. You show what track 6 could be (a beta track, which wasn't in that download), and 9 and 10 are the startup and shutdown. Track 8, however, is missing. Any idea what that may be? Edit: And how did you get the beta track? I take a look at the soundcloud and I only see what I speak of.
@@thetiredwatcher5182 Regarding *Track 8,* I am not really sure about it... But maybe, there was a second beta track that was not leaked. Also, I've linked the UA-cam video on where i got *"Track 6"* in the description. *Thanks for commenting!*
I just recommended scanning it to be sure, but as far as i know, they're not viruses. The files were directly ripped from a clean Windows XP Installation from a VM.

Great video!
I think this one is the most complete compliation, a very good picture, high quality, extra content, etc.
The nostalgia is complete
4:14 when you get multiple errors while taking the tour!
It continues from the start music... nice.

❤❤❤
nice idea to put track names in subtitles&images before chapters existed and since youtube doesn't allow to add chapters on old videos

Unreleased tour song should’ve been kept in the final version hands down

Good afternoon, where's the file location of the Tour music on Windows XP?

Will you post the link for Windows XP Home Edition SP3 Tour?
Sorry, I do not have access to a Windows XP Home Edition installation yet. Thanks for the comment!
What about track 8?
Could you please clarify? Thanks!

I think the track 8 It was used somewhere I think
@@mrkoldruz2 Where would've it been used?
So the files have viruses or no because virustotal cannot run for me

Thanks! Now i can make a XP Tour USB
