This guy in jail had me do the card workout with him and after the workout. But the funny part is i sleep on a top bunk. The next morning they called for chow time and I had to roll off the buck to a table , when my feet hit that table my legs buckled and down I went...lol god that was intense

My stepdad did those in prison with someone and the next day he got up and, just couldn’t walk
1st time I done this I literally couldn’t use my legs for next 24 hrs . Insane quick workout
How many cards did you use at first? I startet with 6 to get a bit warmed up did some other exercise and then with 10 cards
First time I did this I was probably 18. I'm 32 now (swore I invented it).
