This coach is damn good. He's not intimidating whatsoever while still being extremely motivating and showing you he means business. He also give great encouragment.

I believe he is different than a coach, he is more of a trainer. It seems like conditioning is his speciality rather than calling plays, but I wouldn’t doubt his ability to coach in the game too! 🤷🏾♂️

For me it's all about brining out the best I'm these athletes . Right now they are 6-0 and lost their star quarterback two weeks before the season started to an ACL injury .. Joey has been very supportive and the training has really helped them to bond as a team . I truly appreciate everyone of subscribing to the channel and your positive feedback. To those of you that dislike the training, well I respect your opinion as well. Hopefully we will release videos that you like someday. God Bless U

Damn Bro im a O-Liner u have to push yourself bro Liners need to be the biggest baddest and best players on the Field (and y i know that baddest isnt a word xD) We need to run those D-Lineman down every play so work the hardest and be the best :)

Thats the way to go Just push to the limits and further give 110 % every Training every play and u will push ur Teammates with u and u will win ur games :)

Love it. Back when I was playing football we'd just run or lift till we puked. This looks so much more effective to prep players for the game. This kind of work builds character, too!
We need more coaches like this instead of punishing us for not doing it right. We need a coach who can speak heart to heart and help us not scream and make us sprint over little mistakes
We did these workouts everyday in the summer for 3 months. I became the fittest ever.
Even without using weights, this workout is gonna make you, bigger, stronger, faster. Coach is right, it's all about how much are you willing to give...
Sports are a reflection of life . They were losing team , when they started caring & working at their craft they started winning. We all should be judge by this standard & not anything else .

That workout was crazy.
I'd love this guy as a conditioning coach, he seems so supportive and like he has room for error. Say you're a lineman on the first day of camp and you can't keep up after say 15 minutes of running, he wouldn't scold you and make you run extra after practice, he'd run beside you and motivate you to keep up
