The one thing that is a big plus is when installing if two holes are measured and drilled either side, there is a groove specifically designed to hide all power cords and water hoses/drain hoses. This makes the machine so much more aesthetically pleasing being able to see a clear underneath sleek body of machine.
True and we do too, I'm more a fan of spoutless or naked portafilters for this as it gives the additional option of observing extraction and channelling issues whereas the single spout serves little purpose now that things like 7 gram baskets don't really exist within the specialty market anymore
Just purchased a slayer steam lp and can honestly say the steam wonds are shit as one side is 9 seconds faster than the other side. Do not buy this machine as it's not built for real world use
The steam wands being solenoid activated with a clear pathway means they are accurate to a T. Your problems with the steam arms could either be because the steam boiler pressure isn't as strong as it should be; which can be adjusted in the settings (best to be at 1.4). But the most common problem with the steam wands is that the TIPS are different! Slayer offers a variety of different tips ranging from 3 to 5 hole tips with different sizes. So check and make sure both the steamers have the same tips.

Most people use the single to have the blind in it for cleaning?

Can someone explain to me why the pump is outboard?
whats wrong with the single handle?
Has anyone found the steam pressure maxing out at 1.5 bar a little annoying?
how come it took 48 hours to install?
Been looking at getting one of these bad boys! What was the actual amperage required for this machine?
It's a 25 amp for the 2 group and 32amp for the 3 group in this model
Thanks Adam VB!

We just got the slayer steam EP the steam wonds are so crap. Hope I can adjust it to make them more stronger. If I can’t wow waste of money.
Please speak only for yourself as a single-spout portafilter is still very much in use both in Italy and the rest of the world outside of US.
Pretty sure they're not in the US. I agree with the OP - single-spouted are useless.
Useless
