Russia's plan was to take the airport by landing and landing at that airport with transport planes that would supply machinery and reinforcements and then go to Kijiva. But Ukrainian troops tightened the artillery and destroyed the runway, as a result of which large transport aircraft could not land, after which Ukrainian troops with artillery turned Russian paratroopers into bieological manure.

I honestly cannot believe that RT uploaded this as though it was a successful operation.
In fact, it was a successful operation on their part. They captured the airport against overwhelming enemy forces. But the authorities at the top have already made mistakes, so these guys are dead. They were thrown to die in hell, where it is impossible to win.
Actually the "overwhelming enemy forces" arrived after the VDV captured the airport. When they stormed the airport there was only a small ukrainian unit there.
After the russians captured the airport, more ukrainian units arrived from different directions and engaged them. The other russian units that were supposed to come by land and link up with the VDV at the airport got held by ukrainian units. The reinforcements by air, that were supposed to land on the airport later, couldn't do that due to ukrainian air defence. In the end the VDV got trapped and overwhelmed by ukrainian units that encircled the airport.
Что за бред вы пишите😅, отлично знаю ребят с этого подоазделения. Все задачи были выполнены, и войска были отведены после переговоров в Турции, никакого захвата украинцами не было. Было около 5 попыток, все были отбиты.

They're light forces, "the tip of the spear", if you will. They're not meant to get bogged down fighting a more numerous heavily equipped opponent and if they do, you're not supposed to be drawing conclusions about their performance from that.
