I am having such a hard time deciding to go through with 141 flight school starting Jan 2023. Getting to take off and land in a 172 didn't spark any excitement in me tbh.
Hey man nice video, just discovered for account. Currently going through ATP and weighing my options for when I’m done with the program. Any advice concerning whether I should instruct vs get another job (aerial survey, banner flying, skydiver flying, etc)?
Google (part 61) Flight training near me. You should have a handful pop up, all on small airports usually. Costs $9,500-$12,000 for private pilot certificate depending what state you live in and how many hours it takes to complete. You pay as you go, but I reccomend saving atleast 25% up first so $2500 before you begin. I also reccomend flying 3 days per week and buying the Sportys learn to fly kit, it was very worth it 6 volumes of videos and 2 practice tests plus an edorsement to take the written, and you need the written to do the check ride test. Your best bet is to start calling schools.
@@PropGear I have one right now I paid 140k and put more than 60k it just sold $325. But I purchased the house 2 years ago. Not the best rate of return. I’ve seen flips with over 30k profit in 45 days! Mine wasn’t a flip it was a slow rotisserie revolution!! Err.

I recommend instructing. It'll make you a better pilot and make finding any job a lot easier.

It has heat but not AC just cabin air
