- This no equipment ARM TONING workout is made up of two different circuits - jam-packed with body weight only arm exercises so, no equipment needed! This is a great one if you are traveling or you have limited access to equipment but still want to feel a series burn in the biceps, triceps & shoulders. Honestly, when I saw "no equipment", I thought - this one is going to be easier. But, no! It was harder than I thought. Thanks again for sweating me off the mat and reminding me there is no "easy" workout with you. :) Thanks a bunch, Heather!

That was a killer workout. My shoulders and arms are screaming 😱... I used some light wrist weights for all.the exercises.. an threw in 3lb dumbbells on the cross punch and rear fly combo..
The combo of standing up, being on the ground, and cardio moves got the sweat on! I tried to do this without stopping and added some light weights into the second circuit. This would be perfect for traveling for sure! Thanks so much, Heather! I love your workouts and impeccable form. 😁

Side-lying tricep push ups and push ups were the more challenging bits for me, everything else was good. Great sweaty class.

Perfect after two heavy leg days, running then strength. This was still hard though!

I haven't done it yet - but thank you! This is exactly what I need. There aren't a lot of weightless arm workouts and visiting e.g. my parents, I tend to always do the Upper Body of the 7 Day Workout challenge. Do you see results from this workout? Please let me know. I need to target my triceps and the front and back of my legs. I lost a few pounds a few years ago, and it's been tough getting the elasticity back in my skin. It was only 10 pounds.
