    Creating Emotionally Safe Schools
Whole adults - Part 2: Adult capacity building
Grounded in the Ignatian spirituality values of cura personalis and accompaniment, this two-part webinar series is designed to support educational leaders of all levels - classroom, school and (arch) diocese - to identify strategies to support whole adults with the goal of creating emotionally safe schools. If we are going to provide a holistic Catholic education for each and every child, prioritizing care for the adults who serve students is essential.
During these sessions, participants will explore three major concepts of tending to the “whole adults” in their school communities in order to support our greatest asset, our human capital.
    Presenters:
    Molly McMahon, PhD
Director of Leadership Programs, Barbara and Patrick Roche Center for Catholic Education, Boston College
    Eric Frenette, LPC, NCC
Principal, St. Joseph School, Bristol, CT
Assistant Superintendent of the Archdiocese of Hartford's Catholic Schools
