By saying that Brian was upset and grieving before disappearing which is before Gabi was found dead, Bertolino basically confirmed what most of us always thought about Brian..the fact that he says he can’t understand why we have so many questions just explains why he gave such bad advice to Brian and his family!
It also confirms that the parents knew Gabby was dead prior to the discovery of her body. Basically he admitted that his parents knew why he left and that Gabby would never be found alive.

My question is, because it has become common knowledge that Roberta Laundrie despised GABBY PETITO. Was there a family plan, between mother and son , to eliminate GABBY PETITO by taking the ROAD TRIP?
The Laundrie Lawyer said, during the interview, that Brian’s parents had already provided DNA and Dental records prior to finding Brian. That is why the identification was so quick.

As badly as I hate how this has turned out, I still hope that notebook tells at least some version of the truth, for their families. I also wanted to say, thank you for all your hard work in covering this case. I am a strictly streaming mama; I don't do cable or satellite and don't normally watch "mainstream news," because growing up in the early 90's, the constant state of anxiety from the news being on 24/7, filled with things I didn't need to be hearing all day every day (and probably not at all!), so I've tried to be sure my child grows up a little differently. However, I still need viable news sources, myself! And you have definitely been the person I've been tuning into. Thanks again...I know this couldn't have been an easy thing. Also, as a survivor of DV... It means a lot that you guys are going to pursue other missing persons cases (of course not all missing are DV cases, but this one, in particular, hit close to home😓). Thank you for doing good things with your platform... It's not going unnoticed! ❤️

One question bothers me now. Why parents didn’t go looking for him on 14th when Brian didn’t come back home on 13th night? His remains found just 45 minute walk inside the park, which parents found finally anyway. Why didn’t they go that day. Of course police won’t take the case until 48 hours for when an adult missing. If my kid goes in for a hike and didn’t come back in by night, I would walk in with flashlights no matter what the circumstances are.
@@arewethereyet7708 you would think so but who knows? Maybe he was not at that location then?? Or maybe they didn't check there cause of how high the water was? That park was majorly flooded in August/September.
@@michelleroman6346 think about it though. If they found the car the next day they could have walked in then. If Brian could walk in then they also could walk in. If it was flooded at any part neither Brian nor his parents would have been able to go there. It was the next day. I don't think it flooded from the 13th when he went in to the 14th when they got the car. I would think pretty much that the same paths would have been open both days. The flooding probably occured during the whole month not just in that 24 hr period. If they were so worried, why did they wait a couple days to report it or not even search it themselves. Just doesn't seem logical for someone that is worried about their sons wellbeing especially given the comment by the lawyer. Not buying it sorry. Things have to be a little more rational than that for me to believe it. Not saying you personally just my general thought. To fishy.

Brian collected Gabby's van!!! Without her permission plus used her debit card. Even if those parent were not aware of what had happened they did know that he came back without her and later collected HER van without permission...why weren't her parents told? An engagement is not a marriage.
She is to blame for her own death. Men just don't wake up and say, Today I'm going to kill the love of my life. When the police separated them, and put Brian in a motel she had plenty of headstart to return to her family. Yet she stayed. There's plenty of people who say if the police would have just arrested him or her she'd still be alive. Nope. She would have bonded him out, or got right back with him when he got out. She stayed, knew she was in a physical relationship, and kept pushing him until he snapped and killed her. She should have walked away when she was given the chance and would have still been alive most likely
I'm not because he could have killed those 2 women too. He deserved to pay for his obvious crime though now he's not even charged even though we all know he did it.

@@BeKindToEveryKind295 yah...the 'grieving Brian'' comment by the atty Is a rumor....he did not say 'grieving' with respect to Brian(?) My personal opinion is that Brian Laundrie was grieving and killed himself. I agree we shouldn't be saying Brian killed Gaby, because NO ONE KNOWS what happened. But as far as his atty slipping up and saying that Brian was grieving -IMO, someone got mixed up and heard him wrong. He said that Brian's Dad told him Brian was upset the morning he left for the Reserve, and he wished he'd done more to stop him...'visibly upset' is how Brian's father described his son's demeanor. Later, Bertolino said, about the Laundrie's - that they are grieving over Brian's death. (Idk...am I incorrect here? This newscaster, Brian E is reading this question that someone wrote in...about the laundries' being concerned that Brian was 'grieving' and they were worried he might hurt himself(?) So,, Brian E is not contesting that this was said by Bertolino (i.e., 'Brian grieving'...) when reading these questions. So, idk - I keep reading that Bertolino did not say Brian was grieving, and yet he's reading this l 'Brian grieving' question without correcting anything.
Listen to the entire interview. The lawyer did state “grieving.” Remember though, they can argue you can grieve the end of a relationship, such as a break up or deciding not to get married, to cover the mistake of using that term. I did listen to the interview and that term was used by the lawyer when referencing the parents knew their son was grieving and very upset.x
We have to remember some of the things we have heard about Brian. He was a hot head and very narcissistic. So he was probably upset throwing a fit...and just left. Not taking up for them at all! But I have dealt with a narcissistic person and you normally can't make sense of much that they do.

Brian, you are so appreciated!!! Your hard work and dedication is second to none.
God Bless you, young man❤
By saying that Brian was upset and grieving before disappearing which is before Gabi was found dead, Bertolino basically confirmed what most of us always thought about Brian..the fact that he says he can’t understand why we have so many questions just explains why he gave such bad advice to Brian and his family!
Yep. That was a huge blooper on the attorney's part. He should engage his brain before giving interviews. 🤦🏼♀️
It also confirms that the parents knew Gabby was dead prior to the discovery of her body. Basically he admitted that his parents knew why he left and that Gabby would never be found alive.
remember when people were losing their minds thinking that there was a bunker under the garden cuz they saw a hand? i dont think there was a bunker but maybe they should send a cadaver dog to check

#2 he doesn't sensationalize anything is very informative 😉😉😉🤍💛✔️
So if Bertolino said the parents knew that Brian was “grieving” six days before her body was found, it suggests they knew she was dead.
No he could have been grieving because he broke up with his girlfriend.. That may be what he told them

What comes up in the bucket, is what’s down in well.
They knew Gabby’s situation, that she was not “just missing,” yet said NOTHING ...
My question is, because it has become common knowledge that Roberta Laundrie despised GABBY PETITO. Was there a family plan, between mother and son , to eliminate GABBY PETITO by taking the ROAD TRIP?

Gotta be honest, still kinda shocked he's dead - also huge respect to Brian enton for covering all this start to finish every day
It’s hard to believe after everything he did following her death..
The Laundrie Lawyer said, during the interview, that Brian’s parents had already provided DNA and Dental records prior to finding Brian. That is why the identification was so quick.
Makes sense. ☑️
Thanks for that info.
With just half a skull it sounds like it would have been a gunshot and I understood that someone had heard a gunshot somewhere that they thought come from that area
Massive search at reserve with cadaver dogs, costing $millions, nothing. The Laundrie parents go straight to area & find items. STRANGE & stinks

W/ the image I saw (elsewhere) the dad splits from wife into the brush alone as she stays on a path. Curious how long afterward did he find the bag belonging to his son?
The bag w/ notebook how far from remains. Which leads to sooo many more questions, I know.

Same here. My TV broke 5 years ago and I never replaced it. I can now tell when I talk to people who watch 24/7 "news" channels.
Also, now, the banner "Breaking News" stays on those news channels 24/7 which is ridiculous.
It won't it'll be his drawings. He had drawing note books.
Turned off cable news in 2006....and rely on streaming now...best decision ever...
No cable for 20 years now. Don't miss it for one minute. Pretty much only watch Christmas DVD's.
Great reporter for sure . I’ve been with this reporter in the last weeks. Totally great job

The lawyer said they did go to the park looking for him on the 13th and 14th. That is when they found the mustang with the ticket on it.
Great question.
@@michelleroman6346 but they didn't bother to visit his favorite spots???
To fishy.

A broke up relationship maybe? 💔🐝
I don't assume his parents new at all but if Brian was grieving that obviously means Brian did know.
Brian collected Gabby's van!!! Without her permission plus used her debit card. Even if those parent were not aware of what had happened they did know that he came back without her and later collected HER van without permission...why weren't her parents told? An engagement is not a marriage.
#newsnation I guess the water wasn’t too high when he arrived in a Mustang nor when his parents picked it up.
I'm glad it turned out this way. This will save Gabby's family a trial wherein Brian's defense lawyer tried to blame Gabby for her own death.
The Laundrie lawyer is a scumbag

What now after laundries lawyer slips up that Brian was greiving and parents knew before Brian left.
I'd call that a breach of lawyer client confidentiality. 😲 A big one.
Did he say grieving? In both the interviews I saw , he said Brian was upset. And the parents reported him missing that same night and went and searched for the next 2 days.
@@BeKindToEveryKind295 yah...the 'grieving Brian'' comment by the atty Is a rumor....he did not say 'grieving' with respect to Brian(?)
My personal opinion is that Brian Laundrie was grieving and killed himself.
This newscaster, Brian E is reading this question that someone wrote in...about the laundries' being concerned that Brian was 'grieving' and they were worried he might hurt himself(?)
So,, Brian E is not contesting that this was said by Bertolino (i.e., 'Brian grieving'...) when reading these questions.

Since Brian's parents knew he was upset, they should've called the police at that point! Gabby was missing and he was a person of interest in her disappearance at that point as well.
