Props to the ladies for keeping an open mind! Too many of my non-hispanic friends are so freaked out to try it. Keep in mind, these are the same people who eat Pork Roll and Scrapple. lol! I love menudo! I grew up on it in Southern California. I FINALLY found a legit restaurant in Pennsylvania that serves it! El Rey De Oros in Hatboro, PA.
Rule number one you never tell a person what's in menudo just let him enjoy it then tell them what it made of a couple days later the look is priceless
Same with barbacoa and posole and birria. I was eating chapulines con sal y limon out of a bag at bar and my white friend asked what it was and freaked when told him
I'm married to a Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian woman so she doesn't do Menudo but I give her cred for learning to cook authentic Mexican rice and acquiring a taste for barbacoa, pollo verde and cilantro. Anyhow we went out with family just yesterday because my brother and I were in the mood for menudo and there's a great little place called "Maggies Kitchen" here in Grand Rapids MI that makes it homestyle. Properly served up with chopped white onions, lemons, cilantro and corn torts. It hit the spot!

Keep in mind they also eat hardcore processed pork sausage containing all types of shit.

If you don’t like menudo something is wrong with you. I menudo every other Saturday morning. Love it
Favorite food ever😍😍
Never thought I'd see audrina eating menudo lol
I love you girls. Great video and some gangster attitude like "if it's gonna cure my hangover i'm eating it regardless" lol
Looks so good
Cow feet, huh? That's definitely Western Mexico. I usually do it Northern style with Pig's feet and hominy.
Ugh, feet in general...I just like the tripe
