Ector County Techy Tribe interview at TCEA 2024

James Pratt with Twotrees Technologies talks with Lauren Tavarez about Ector County, Texas own #TechyTribe. Based out of Odessa, the #TechyTribe consists of Digital Learning Specialists who mentor technology-oriented teachers in how to use technology in the classroom. These teachers are called #TechyTribe Ambassadors. The Ector County #TechyTribe has grown from 11 people attending TCEA to over 40 teachers and Digital Learning Specialists attending in 2024.
Teachers are expected to find one technology at TCEA 2024 that they love, and then come back and present Tech Tasting sessions to other teachers in the district, showing them the latest technology and how to use it in the classroom.
