- My run at the Ultra Trail Cape Town 100km with 4800m of vertical gain.
A beautiful, but extremely tough run, on very technical terrain.
This was my 5th time starting this event, and am happy to have been able to document it.
What a video 🔥 had it all from start to finish!
Cool to see what it takes to get through a race like this.

Just finished watching all your trail running videos. Been wanting to do an ultra for a few years but got demotivated a few years back and just recently started training again. Your videos inspired me to push and keep training up this year and hopefully I'll be able to do my 1st ultra trail this year. Also from western cape, so it felt like I could relate to you in some way. Looking forward to more videos.
If at all possible , I'd love to get in touch for some tips and advice.
