Hi mate i’m a bit confused, as you’re looking at it my bottom right bulb on the left rear is different from the right rear. the right rear has a different bulb as the left yet it’s in the exact same place and was wondering why that is?

Yes mate the spring is cased by plastic turn the whole thing together

Bought this car a few months ago and the bulb is gone. Looked and the securing bolt on the left it absolutely destroyed. Just got the middle of the plaatic ans the coil. For the life of me i cant unscrew it. Any tips before i brute force it and end up breaking something
Just a pair of heavy duty vice grips to turn these will help . Or pliers .... at this stage when someone has tampered with it ...brute force is the way sadly
While changing the halogen bulbs to LED bulbs,won’t it throw error message?

My 2014 6R polo 1.4，rear driver brake light not working，left side is working，I check bulb is good，maybe is fuse，but I dont know which one is rear right brake light fuse，43？
Hi friend....could be an earth issue also .check any loose wires or breakages in the wire leading to plug... I haven't got car with me now to show you which fuse ..I hope you solve .. yes likely fuse ..manual should help

@@stevecooke7951 as in which kind of bulb to be used, whether it's a T10 or PY21W?? I got the information from another video that it's a w5w or t10.
It is w16w if I am not wrong. You can check it on the bulb itself.

Oh ok, Steve I replaced that tail light cs it was crashed now there is a reverse and brake light warning on my dashboard, it doesn’t cancel plus I’m driving a gti so it always appears nd I dnt knw how to remove it, please help
@@volkanvee7497 im thinking you may need to get this scanned and the codes removed . Dosnt cost much to do . If your in brisbane can pass by my place . Most now have scan tools

Mostly are yes but also rarely you would need to twist firstly anti clockwise with some pliers or had a plastic nut on the outside you can twist

Ok well options are then pliers (Swan neck ones ) or from memory you can get a spanner (10mm) on the end of this and turn ) . Hope this helps 🙏
