In the morning hours, multiple storms moved through the Slidell area. One tornado was reported with minimal damage.
This package includes significant flash flooding, people wading, emergency vehicles responding, a house fire caused by a lightning strike, severe thunderstorms winds, vehicles becoming stranding, and vehicles passing through flood waters.
