Backcountry camping in Washington State and Wilderness survival training

As if day 1 of our trip wasn’t already amazing we spent the next one backwoods camping in the Washington wilderness! We worked on some primitive traps, fire skills, and went over some knots. We then took a hike to a waterfall that was beyond stunning! This wilderness was truly breathtaking. It was an honor to train with Jess Caldwelll of @wildkindacademy on IG while experiencing a majestic place. She is one of the most genuine, caring, empathetic, determined, and interesting people we have ever had the pleasure to spend time with. The grateful meter is through the roof! I don’t know what I did to deserve such an amazing experience!
