I usually like to share about a time when I sent a co-worker to do a specific task but my coworker didn’t complete the task as I didn’t communicate well enough to my co-worker to ensure he was knowledgeable on how to go about completing the task as he was on his fairly new to the company. I go on specifics about what exactly what was the task and scenario and I learned to always make sure to ask before setting a task to a coworker to make sure they are knowledgeable, don’t have too much on their plate, and ultimately let my coworkers know they can always seek to me for help if in need.

In a software engineering interview, I might say something about "pushing code directly into the master branch" (during my internship). Then I'll say that it's not a good practice and it might even ruin the software that the team is building.
Fantastic channel
Thanks bro!!
I've never made any mistakes but there was this time I was fired because my teammate opened an email that cost the company $2 million by stealing data from the boss's system.
Was that a good answer? ☺
no

shouldn't say "um" too much, too
how to deal with the interviewer if he looks at me like the blue jacket guy at 2:58 !!
Hahahahaha it's hard to handle that 😂 it never happened to me so far

Props to the recruiters.
