It would be a lot easier if a) The upper band and lower bands across the chest (and their order) would be pointed out at the start AND b) a second camera would show from above and the RIGHT WAY AROUND what do to. What makes this video hard to follow for many is that some people will see the image as a MIRROR they need to copy and some will try to FLIP it in their mind to match the moves with the correct orientation. A shot from above showing more the user's POV video would really help, thanks for reading.

How tight should the sling be? What is the best way to know if the baby is snug enough or too tight?

Once the sling has been put on and the rings adjusted, the best way to tell if the sling is tightened correctly is to pass a hand between you and the baby: if the hand does not pass through, it is too tight, if a fist passes through, it is too loose, a hand must pass through :)

Seems like the first step was skipped with putting the straps through the loops, are they tied there or just pushed through once?

Can baby front-face in this carrier?
Hi! The sling is designed to be worn exclusively heart-to-heart and not front-face. For the correct development of the hip, with all slings it is not recommended to wear front-face. For any doubts or questions don't hesitate to contact our customer service :)
