These people with these properties is a joke not even here in the UK you have anywhere selling and renting for these ridiculous prices only if you're in Central London Knights Bridge
In Knightsbridge that would be more than £4000 per week. So this apartment is less than 1/4 the price. Same for NYC. It's even more expensive in places like Hong Kong and Tokyo. Rents are a function of supply and demand in ALL locations. So if there's enough demand for executive rentals in Kingston 6 they'll achieve the price or close to it.
You can get apartments in NYC for $5k, now.
tell me if im stupid but isnt this too much not just in renting price but in furnishing you spend so much to furnish it then you have to have exorbitant renting price to pull back money out of the property which will just end it discouraging renters in stead of doing minimalist furnishing and making a quick buck for less the person renting this got way in over their head air bnb this shit.
Could stay at a cheap resort for a month with that kinda money and save because utilities not included.

I can get a place like this in Colombia, Panama, or Thailand for $1,500 USD or less. This is out of reach for even people earning $100,000 USD or more. Am I missing something here? Sure, the place is lovely, but I’m curious if they’ve gotten the asking price. I guess Jamaica has more wealth than we’ve been lead to believe? 🤷🏾♂️

Because when you buy you're tied to the property for a long time, especially at these prices and the person renting clearly is doing so only for a few months or a few years and doesn't want to own the property.
