I do appreciate the information shared. However, I lived in a similar sized house as these Hellshire Manor properties and it was small!! Smalll...tiny. Of course it can work, we made it work...but, these prices are shocking for such a small plot of land, small house and with such materials. Gosh man. My partially constructed home is bigger than this whole house! The space used so far for the rooms constructed is bigger than this entire plot of land. It's so sad what is happening in this country.
So cheaper to buy lot and build?

I need to restore power in an Apt… off for many years. The electrician doing some upgrade, is requesting my TRN, photo I’d, etc, for the inspection, Compliance Certificate # and GER report for JPS. Are these personal information needed for the above? Thanking you in advance.

Heard all the houses sold out already
Been following you guys over 2 yrs now and this seems to be the slowest development in St. Catherine that u guys covered. They started late last year and barely complete three units to date. Not a good thing for the purchasers.

i went on the HAJ site and filled out the application years ago and all of that never mattered. I still missed out on the first phase as when it was given to Rite solution it was Rite solution that you had to contact directly. If you called HAJ you will never get any information, Rite solution don't even have a website and it not easy to get through to at times . Doing business here on our island can be such a hassle KMT

Listen 32yrs ago People's living in Portmore, and there house cost $9 thousands dollars and Caribbean housing run them out of there house.The mortgage was $75.dollars per month and they could not pay for it. Now you have 2 bedroom house for 20 millions dollars, only Andrew and his politicians can make that type of money now. Poor people can't even buy food 😢 much more this type of payment 😕.

@The Delpratt Family it has happened. I wouldn't call it propaganda. I was thinking the same thing, but she was brave to say it.
It is propaganda for sure. Anytime housing development is taking place in Portmore some people always have a bag a negative to say. However, these negative preachers are the first ones to line up to rent the "small" houses. And when they don't get it to rent they complain and say how the landowners want an arm and a leg for the match boxes. Also they start to blame the government. Look here people, some persons don't want to buy nothing for themselves but they will kotch a people yard.
