Learnt about the rice cooker that can drain the starch, nice to know. Being vegan I get less opportunities to savour kadhi pakoda, however last time I had was made from peanut based curd and it tasted devine! Thank you for your recipe and a bit of advice : do what you like doing, without looking for praise.

@@CurriesWithBumbi I'm happy with the peanut based curd where I found a way to avoid it's characteristic peanut taste. That extra step is to boil the soaked peanuts before grinding. May be I'll try cashew based curd someday. Thank you for your response!
