You are such a genuine good human. It’s hard to be humble for 100,000,000 and yet you do it with ease. Thanks for the memories and for all you do Stevie 🎉
I think Stevie taking this show so seriously is why I watch it every week. They do a great job...and I don't watch/listen to anything new for 2.5 hours every week.
I've listened to every single episode in full since the channel started. I look forward to it every week. Stevie is great to listen to and the effort him and James put into the production value is fantastic.
What a show this is 3 hours fly in stevie is so clued up all over the board in life not just wrestling . Can’t help to think his downfall in wrestling was being to nice and not believing in himself enough . What guy 🌟 this pods going to the top
Nice and wouldn't be apart of the politics in wrestling. Idk if why but I would of been the same guy. Will do anything you ask no questions. For the company, paycheck, etc I get why he was how he was.
In my opinion, Stevie could've easily been a prominent figure on RAW around 2004. Lots of stars left by then, the early part of that year still being with Victoria... Who went on to be THE babyface women's champion. He'd been with her for well over a year and they made each other look GREAT, yet he left that tandem with less momentum than before. He got himself into shape and proved his reliability. So much so, that it earned him more jobs and eventually, the big boss joking, on live TV, about the idea of him being "World Champion". This is the year Kane graped Lita. Our main event unsung hero was EUGENE. I'm glad he didn't sacrifice anymore than he did. Where he could've slaved over the desire to be a star, or learn the art of screwing others to get there... This mf was invested in top tier technology, fitness and who knows what else! Gotta respect it.
Haven't had a chance to watch, yet - will this weekend. I'm just here to say that Stevie is one of the best, coolest, nicest, sweetest, most genuine human beings (on EVERY level) you'll ever find. He helped a friend of mine's family on something he didn't have to...and not only that, but went WAY above & beyond. Look up "a genuinely good dude" in the dictionary, and Stevie's pic should be right there.
Hate to leave double comments on a video, but in the interest of gratitude, let me just echo all of the other people on here and say how much I appreciate these videos and their quality. Love you guys
you can never miss a second in these episodes as Stevie peppers in so much insight and great stories that no one would know other wise. Thank you guys for keeping me entertained!
😂😂. Stevie got sleeves. Damn I almost didn’t notice. I appreciate the content as always fellas. Always informative and my knowledge continues to grow. Knowledge you don’t get in college. Thank you fellas. The breakdown of both Perry and Nia’s matches is educational. Catch you on the next.
I immediately download the podcast on UA-cam premium as soon as its dropped. That's a testament to how damn good the production quality is. Thank you guys!
Stevie always talks about how shawn michaels and ric flair were his inspirations being some of the best workers of all time and he can separate the character from the person but it sucks because he says yeah never meet your heroes and he really lives by that. the thing is that me being a huge fan since childhood I was obviously just as infatuated with shawn he was my goat wrestler. but now being a 24 year old man I know the real hero is Stevie for being so humble through all of the bullshit wreslting subjected him to and now giving all of his knowledge and insight for us after the fact. The real hero and inspiration is guys like stevie and I am just happy to be alive while he is making content for us. I would be happier to meet stevie richards/michael manna or james than shawn michaels or ric flair ANY day of the week. Thanks to stevie and james for everything
Unbelievable how much grind Stevie had to go through to make a few bucks per match and today, there are literally girls and guys that haven`t done anything making six figures for working 5 days a year in AEW.
Different era. Different business owners. More revenue streams. It's like comparing what great athletes in prior eras made in pro sports as compared to what great or mediocre athletes make today.
@@KayFabe87 paying talents 5 times what they draw and then letting them sit at home the entire year while not even making profit has nothing to do with running a business. That is just Khan sharing his wealth.
Alot of your indie wrestling stories with dodgy promotors sound almost identical to my past experiences in UK independent punk/metal music promotors. Constantly on edge for being ripped off! Thanks for the video and the work lads ✌️
First all LOVE the show!!! 2nd PHILLY Thanks for sharing where in Philly your from I was close by, I’ll young. I’m 43 now and would go to a ton of ECW shows at the area. When you debuted I turned to my friend and said, “ I seen that dude in Philly before and couple times just walkin’ round”. My buddy of course said, “no fuckin way yo”! I have to make a clip and send it to him , I just spoke to em after years, we would play video games and watch and go to wrestling shows. Thanks for the memories Stevie, I really means a lot I alway create or download you in the yearly wrasslin games. Peace and love Greg
Stevie I'm huge fan of yours and so happy your making this amazing show! It's seriously the best wrestling show on UA-cam! I alway look forward to new episodes! Proud of you and wish you the best on here buddy. STEVIE NIGHT HEAT!
Sir,Mr stevie night heat, you mean so much to me because raw was always on over here In England late night I went to live with my nan and heat was on in the daytime amd I was having issues amd related with you about showing people they'll see. I hope you know how much stevie that this content from you is helping me survive in my world thank you stevie x
Thanks for leaving the gay gym story in. I laughed so hard. I need more Glenn and Stevie on the road stories. They could make a sitcom out of this stuff.
I honestly wish I could randomly meet Stevie so I could just shake his hand and thank him for entertaining me for years in the ring and now peeling back the curtain on wrestling for us.
I hope Stevie has a successful UA-cam career and he makes good money he deserves it, he seems like a genuine down to earth very nice, caring person. I’d imagine he simply didn’t wanna be cutthroat in this business and walk all over people or play politics to get super over and I respect that this guy has such a valuable insight into the business and I love this channel. I wish you a happy holiday Stevie and I’m wishing you all the success in the world you deserve it 😃
Whenever I'm in a job interview and the boss says "we're all one big family here..." I grab my keys and run out the door fast!!! Because it means they will call you 24/7 and expect you to work for free.
I had an interviewer say that to me in an interview last week. My communication style is more of a reactionary humour and my response was 'I don't do family drama, so as long as you can guarantee to spare me that!' (Turns out I didn't get the job) ;-)
I think the thing that blows my mind is didn't Stevie have around 100k on his old channel and shocked after upgrading the whole thing everyone would transition over plus newcomers?: tWe all have to get more eyeballs on this. It's like the original show but plus over. Keep it up Stevie. Love what you have been doing. James as well.
So Nia injured another co-worker? What a "surprise"....PS: I maybe have to correct myself, I might have missunderstood the case, I thought she injured Naomi, but it's that the chair shots just looked bad and made the match look bad. If that's the case than this better than someone got injured, of course. Still it gets us back to the question if Nia should continue her career as a pro wrestler. If she walks between injuring someone or to be over careful andmake the moves look bad, means she is not made for this. Unsafe work is a no go just as weak move performance.
❤ YOU and love the show ! Not wrestling but I moved to Florida from Philly and then Florida to Seattle and in both places people ask where I’m from da Philly accent. I heard it if I talk to an old friend and then speak to some else, other times I don’t hear it and get a tad embarrassed cause I try to speak like “regular person”. peace and love to Stevie and James. I enjoy all you guys work. James with his pro interview skills and just seeming like a down to earth dude and Stevie cause I’m a video game and wrestling nerd and PHILLY. Go birds
I feel lucky. After Road Dogg was fired from WWF in 2001(ish), he and his brothers Steve Armstrong and Scott Armstrong opened a school in Milton Florida that I attended. The cost: $1000. I was able to make payments of $100/week and once I was completely paid off, I was allowed to be on the shows. At $5-20 per appearance back then, it took me a loooooong time before I finally broke even. Even today at $50-$100 per show, pro wrestling is a part-time thing as I support myself with my engineering job.

It's my new go to since Cornette is all about aew ratings 90% of the time with and content. Stevie is a breath of fresh air
Yes, best show of the week. Stevie is so honest and open it's refreshing. Especially on a wrestling podcast.no ego just a real dude
I love midcard hosted podcasts. They have the best stories. Main eventers always seem to have the same stories
@tylerdurden788 💯 agree, and they always still putting ego over
Stevie is the most enjoyable person to listen to in recent history. God bless this channel.

I really need this show in the current world of crazy negativity. Thanks brothers, keep up the great work
Hey Stevie and James. Lost my brother a few days ago, thanks for the great content. Great distraction. Thanks again.
Sorry for your loss. I can't even begin to imagine the pain that you're going through.

I want to see an episode with Kane as special guest now haha
THE BEST!!!!!

God's greatest show
1:55:37 also, professional athletes are almost always part of a players union
I don't know why and probably never will but why does women's wrestling always look so unskilled in comparison to men's. Do they not train as much?
wow bro you gotta see dont be a menace to south central while drinking your juice in the hood...greatest parody ever
Stevie, I heard you mention Coast to Coast AM, i'm assuming you would have been a fan of Art Bell?
Stevie and James are both so photogenic that they can be in the movies.
Gotta say 1st I love the channel content. So much knowledge and insight but without being a condescending ass about it. Anyways had i a comment war with someone recently, i said college athletes should be required to finish with a degree before pro eligibility, my reasoning behind it because Athletics wont be forever, fame on its own wont pay that retirement whether it comes forced or early or late, A backup incase you RG3 or Tebow yourself needs to be there. didnt we already have a video on this topic?
I actually liked the Moppy gimmick
