- Hello everyone 😊today I would like to show you how to make this Red Bean Tapioca cake水晶紅豆西米糕 (西米盞) This cake are so easy to make and it’s very delicious 🤤 It’s one of my childhood favorites snack and dessert.
Ingredients
Tapioca Pearl (small) 200g
Sugar 45g
Sweetened red bean (Mashed) or Red bean paste
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Cooking Oil Spray
Egg tarts mold (12 cakes mold)

Can you eat it after refrigeration? Or would it turn hard? Thank you!
You can take out from the fridge and steam it again until soft like 5 to 8 minutes.
How long can you keep it? Need to put in fridge ?
You can put it in the fridge for a few days, when you want to eat it, just steam it to eat it the next day. Or you can keep it in room temperature and finish the next day if the weather is not too hot.
