Hello everyone 😊, today I want to share my all time favorite duck recipe - Braised duck with Taro 芋頭炆鴨 😋 When the weather is cold, the more delicious the taro is because taro is in season and it goes so well with the duck. All you need just a bowl of rice to eat with it. It’snt winter comfort food 😆
Ingredients
Ingredients (6 servings):
1 whole Duck (cut into pieces )
1 Taro (cut into chunks)
 8 ginger slices
4 shallots
Star anise 3 pieces
Oil 3 tablespoons
Shaoxing wine 1/3 cups
Marinade:
Fermented red beancurd 4 pieces with 2 tsp sauce
Cho Hou sauce 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Shaoxing cooking wine 4 tablespoons
Brown sugar 4 tablespoons
