Hi Nate sorry I missed you yesterday, I've found having lots of different routines like fixing things, making things, foraging, getting and making stuff for growing and the recent chickens I got and doing different ones everyday plus I've 3 dogs which I would take out everyday and forage or gather in stuff from nature keeps me busy everyday, everyone avoids me as I'm a weirdo to them, suits me grand as they wouldn't be interested in anything I do, dimensional bleeding is real thing and you suffer from it when others are around. I go to bed earlier in the winter and get up later, try sync with nature as you never see birds out at night, it really helps with me, I don't look at the Tell A Vision programming at all, waste of time to me.
Try Borax a pinch or 2 in your water every morning, it has to be the real stuff as they're putting out synthetic now, it strips flouride from your bones and body as the body stores it everywhere, anyone I've convinced to take it was blown away after a few weeks, I've been taking it everyday for over 4 years, stops arthritis too, I know it sounds wrong but its really not, its tasteless unless you take a lot which I know some people that did in desperation to try clean themselves out, I didn't do any harm to them at all as you'd think, let me know how you feel after a while if you do use it.

I will follow your channel regardless of the “trimmings” on the screen. But I agree with your efforts to grow your channel. Growing IS your theme. You asked- the mascot (or logo) in the bottom right corner is ok; but it needs your face under the helmet. You are your brand. IMO 🙏🏻
Nate It would be wonderful if you would follow up your video on addiction with a video centered on codependency. Many times the two go hand in hand and I know a lot of people are dealing with folks in their families that have addictions.

Amazing point. Unless a couple is coadicted- one is codependent. I was not the codependent one in my past and I’ve never thought about about it in this frame. This topic may actually assist members of both parties. God bless.
