There is so much no-scientific information in this video. Enzymes are not 'alive' and do not 'die'. Most enzymes are in the form of protein. That being said, the enzyme maybedenatured.No matter how fast you drink that juice, your stomach acid will denature the enzyme in seconds due to the pH level. Cayenne does have a negative effect on some enzymes. According to a 2022 NCBI study on the effectiveness of Capsaicin, CP minimally altered the overall composition of human gut microbial communities. As far as the salt water part, we derive no benefits from the trace amounts of minerals in the sea salt. You would have to consume unreal amounts to get a benefit, but those amounts would be detrimental. What trace minerals in the salt water are voided within a few minutes of consumption anyway. According to Medical News Today, the FATAL risk of the saltwater fluch outweighs any 'benefit'.

I like the Master Cleanse, but only for weight loss.. I did the cleanse and deviated by making my lemonade for thte day. I didn't drink it right away and still received the results I wanted. I also had bloodwork following my progress showing no negative effects. A healthy person does not actually need help to cleanse the body because God made our organs fully capable to do that themselves.

Thank you for sharing, a lot of what you said rang true for me. My intentions for this cleanse are to be able to come to terms with my emotional eating patterns and abuse and trauma I have brought on myself and heal from them. Breaking these cycles is crucial for me to obtain the healthy lifestyle I want and choose for my mind and body. I am finding my unhealthy relationship with food the hardest of my addictions to over come because food is something we cannot live without. And I so agree with you, we don't realize just how little food we need to sustain ourselves. Are there any yoga videos you could recommend that would compliment the cleansing process?

A great interview Jerry! I'm just completing a 10 day MC. BEFORE the holidays. I also have a stock tank ice bath in my back yard in Northern MN, My well water is 46F so I can summer cold plunge, and a stock tank heater on a timer 4 winter. I'm 69.
