From what I can tell Lexmoto source bikes & scooters from various Chinese manufacturers ,with their logo on them & import them . Now & then they hit the jackpot & a few of them tend to be quite reliable & value for money . There will probably be similar models on sale under a different badge . They have definitely upped their game in the last 5 years, although with the advent of Euro 4 & 5 & fuel injection the price has risen to around the 3 grand plus mark. This scoot is obviously styled to cash in on the adventure bike craze , & nicely styled & well turned out for the price point . The only downs for me , is the key less & the stop & start . It’s more to potentially cause issues & any petrol saved on a 125 cc machine by stop & start is negligible anyway . . The scoot is deffo worth a punt at around 2 grand with only that low mileage on the clock , a good buy for someone . 👍
I still don’t see the point of keyless with any bike. When you have to have something with you (key fob) might as well just have a key. The stop start thing always makes me feel nervous. Takes a while to get used to it. For a long time I panicked about it not restarting
@@GillyBikes I reckon the money it cost for unnecessary key less system , would have been better used to upgrade more necessary parts . Also if the key less system plays up , which is more likely on a budget machine , it’s going to be a right pain , possibly leaving the rider stranded . The way I see it , keyed ignition has been fine for donkeys years ,it’s no hardship to continue using a key & keeping on for two spare keys . I suppose all bikes & scoots will end up keyless soon , the geeks in design departments love their tech gadgets & gimmicks .
I didn’t buy one. I thought you had a horror story to share. I don’t sell bikes I just try to be honest when I look around and ride them. For me the really good info comes from owners that have lived with them for a long period of time. So positive and negative stories are welcome so any would be buyers get all the info the need to make a decision “to buy, or not to buy”
i have the Honda Forza 125 best Scooter out there i met a guy riding one of these and its a good deal in my opinion my forza was expensive but the quality is good
My question is, with a cvt malossi and a flash tune what would be the top speed ? ,coz depends on how it is for breaking and power this would be the choice for delivery rider and a trip on a A road.
another rainy review 😂 ive been looking at this bike for a while now thanks for the review, wee question for you, if i buy it and get it delivered to my house does it have to go back to the dealer for its services to maintain the warranty or can it go to any garage? as my nearest lexmoto dealer is 60 miles away, cheers
To keep the manufacturers warranty it would have to go to a Lexmoto dealership I would have thought. Double check with In2moto but I’m almost certain a service at your local Lexmoto dealership would keep the warranty
The problem with reviews is that it does not address the elephant in the room, backup. How you deal with bike issues is important for a dealer and importer.
I just get annoyed when a manufacturer plainly copies a previous successful bike from another company, and then charges far far less so therefore destroying the previous bike's future!!! Punters are mostly persuaded by price so.........!
Good review but I don’t need half of a review on financial advice, you could have said it in less than 30 seconds and told me more about the ride. Thanks for the review, still far better than I could have achieved.
Very true, even a one or two year old example you won't get half what you paid for it. Sym actually make much better quality scooters than Lexmoto in general, but parts are a nightmare to get hold of. I've heard some dealers are dropping all the brands imported by MotoGB (Sym, Keeway, etc) because they can't get parts in a timely manner.
Oh wow that’s shocking. I had a similar issue with Yamaha recently. I thought I would have been alright with them. But they offered me 50% of what I paid after 11 months of owning one. I didn’t take them up on their offer. I didn’t want to lose £5000 so I kept it.

If this country ever suffers another serious drought just ask Gilly to do a bike review and we'll have rain in no time😂
Yes. You don’t need a rain dance any more. Just me with a set of bike keys does the trick 😂
new tyres and wet roads - that's dedication - good review
Thank you. It always seems to be raining over here 😂.
What a great bike that is. Great value at the new price. Buying this one is an absolute bargain

That’s a cracking bike for the cash. Lots of modern spec and looks so futuristic. Lexmoto have really come a long way.
You’re not wrong. A really nice bike to ride as well.
Until you encounter your first major breakdown!
?? Have you had one? Feel free to share your story 😁

Just wait and see.

Difference between Sym Adx 125 is suspension and 15 litre fuel tank. Still I would hoose SYM also TCS and ABS.

9:14 It's an obvious helmet-box lock release button. It shows it on the icon.
Yes. Just trying to be funny 🫣😂
Pretty sure keeway do a version of this but don't think its for sale on market
Hopefully it will come to the uk. I really like the style of these.
@@GillyBikes it's exactly the same bike just badged as a keeway
My question is, with a cvt malossi and a flash tune what would be the top speed ? ,coz depends on how it is for breaking and power this would be the choice for delivery rider and a trip on a A road.
The breaking and power in its standard form was fine for me.
Amazing bike this. What a bargain
I know. So many great bikes on sale at In2moto. If I had more money I would definitely have more bikes 😂
Over 300 views and only 50 thumbs up. Support Gilly and hit that like button!
😍 thank you 😁
Nice thorough review, as always.
What boots do you wear ?
For the scooter reviews I tend to just wear my magnums they are just really comfortable.
@@GillyBikes 👍👍
...just order the ADV350.
A good choice. It’s the bike all of these scooters are copying. 😂

I would suggest you think twice before buying a scooter made in Communist China with dealership 60 miles away.
Still have for sale that scooter?
I don’t think they do, but they get a big turnover of scooters. Check out their website or give them a call. www.in2moto.co.uk/

I can’t answer that one I’m afraid.
I doubt they can honor the warranty with no fuss!

That’s called competition
@@steve-harveyy Normal competition is 'good', state subsidised pricing to obliterate competition is the end for western companies!
It’s happened for years. It helps to keep the prices down for us all 👍
Lex Moto is exact same as keeway. They buy the bike from manufacturer and sell it by their brand.
They have bought a good one with this then. 👍

It's just spare parts and poor resale values that are shocking on lexmoto and sym
I don’t know if that’s going to be the case with this bike. It looks much better than other bikes I’ve seen from them.

@drramtop1576 I’ve not heard that 🤔.
@@GillyBikes well I had a sym 400 in 2012, when I tried to px it I got either a grand or sorry we won't take it in px

If you buy from a decent dealer then the bike would have been out for a couple of shake down cruises before you collected it.
That’s true. Even brand new bikes normally show a few miles.

Nobody has £3k in the UK lol or they soon will be bankrupt
