- Опубліковано 5 тра 2024
- Some time ago, we made a video about a newly emerging class of adventure scooters. We’ve had many fruitful discussions with our viewers in the comment section of that video, and have come to a consensus that this market segment is likely to grow in the upcoming years, since the consumer interest towards this type of two-wheelers is heating up.
Fast forward two years, it seems that manufacturers have taken a hint and started adding more and more offroad-capable scooters to their line-up. During this time, dozens of new models have been released and we want to tell you about all of them. This is the first volume of our mini-series dedicated to trail-ready scooters of 2023 and 2024 model years.

Part 2 of the video dedicated to adventure scooters: ua-cam.com/video/_WVHRBVMBd8/v-deo.html
Twin-cylinder Kymco CV3 ; Honda X ADV because 2-cylinders cruise at lower RPM while providing much more power than 1-cylinder.
......
Single cylinder Kymco DTX also nice as well as reasonably-priced.
Just purchased a new Honda adv 160cc, perfect for the Vietnamese roads and touring, as high speed is not possible in this country
We would love to have the Honda ADV 350, here, in the USA!!!
That is so true!
The Forsa 350 would be great too.
Today we are looking at some of the newest adventure scooters that are on sale today. Which of these offroad-ready models is your top pick?
BMW C400X
I would jump at the opportunity to purchase the Honda X ADV750 in the US.
So true!
I've had my BMW C400x for 2 1/2 years and never realized that it was an adventure scooter. The Honda x-adv 750 is the one that I want.
Where is the MSRP that was mentioned in the title of this article?
At first I was afraid that I might have forgotten about them. However, after having checked, I can assure you that they are shown alongside other specifications.
I hope the Honda xadv750 becomes available in Australia one day soon
Motor Hispania VR10???, Dayang adv 125??, Rks fracciones 125?? 🤔
Love this things, would love to see electric ones though, that said awesome video
You are right. High torque electric motors would come handy in this class too.
The Mitt and the Honda X ADV both look great. would love to see the honda X come to the U.S. 🥺
Need to bring out roomier cockpits for bigger Europeans and Americans, scoots are big but still cramped and uncomfortable, footboards need redesigning for those with longer legs and pegs below so can stand properly on the offroad models.
Sym adx 125 the build quality is as good as it gets and is very capable off road
Wow is nice
I love scooters. Adventure and scooter are two words that do not match. That market segment is a marketing invention. But they are cool and profitable.
The looks are definitely the main attraction for the buyers. An ability to withstand potholes and poor road conditions is a nice addition too.
I've got a BMW C400X, I wouldn't want to take it off road, maybe on a dirt road. I think it's the best Chinese scooter around.
problem is none of these are available in the US.
Unfortunately you may be right. With an exception of Honda, I think
What about ADV? The 160cc, 350cc and the X ADV 750cc
The Honda XADV 750 is not a scooter although many incompetent video content push it is. It's still a motorcycle with a DCT assisted by a chain and not belt complemented by CVT. It works like a scooter but definitely not one.
I've got two '50s scooters in my garage and they are both chain-driven, there are many opinions of what a scooter is, but for me it's a step through.
Kymko DTX 360. .❤❤❤❤
Is it your favorite of them all?
@@automotiveterritoryReasons are. Great space below the seat, excellent medium displacement for highways, onboard technology, and design to my taste. I'm waiting here in my country for the Zontes E350 or new Yamaha Xmax 300 and this video of yours to decide. They are equipment for my profile. I would like to see more in-depth information about this DTX 360. Consumption, weight, autonomy, etc.
For USA I would like to see Kymco 360 and Honda adv 350
buy it abroad if there are no bikes in the USA
Due to uprising prices, taxes and traffic any 125cc with 15hp will be great to be available specially if we can ride with a normal car license.
In USA, any scooter over 49cc most often requires a motorcycle license.
Look up your MSF (motorcycle safety foundation) for training and license.
In Portugal like the majority of the European countries is allowed to drive motorcycles up to 11 kW (15 cv) 125cc with a car driving license. Helmet is mandatory, and you have to be over 25 years old.
I want to see the Kymco DT X360 and the BMW C 400 X in the USA.
Same here!
❤❤🎉🎉🙋👍🏼👍🏼👏👏Excellent
Why SYM ADX has 125cc engine? it's 150CC in our region.
I would like to see the sym adx and the lexmoto xdv in the USA
Yeah, would be nice to have at least some options
The BMW has got a Kymco motor in it
Honda ADV 350 TOP!!!
It's a reflection of the sun
I really suprised that these one are fake of Honda's one
I like the looks of them but don't see the point of a ADV scooter at all. There's just no ground clearance and no way to grab the scooter with your knees like a motorbike with a tank. ADV Scooters are pretty much just the SUV's of the bike world, They look like they can go off road but are totally useless off road and no one actually takes them off road as they don't want any paint damage. They are just marketed at people who THINK they are adventurous but in reality they are just people with low self esteem and want to project a image. If you are serious about going off road and with little budget then get a used Honda CRF300L or something along that line and just ignore these things. But if you can't use a clutch then get a bike with DCT from Honda.
lol chill, maybe some ppl like their scooters to look rugged?
Some people have health issues that limit their movement. These are perfect for those who are still brave enough for 2 wheel thrills
I Agree but for me, a more rugged scooter is preferable since there are quite a few dirt roads in my vicinity.
I have a Vespa 300GTS and won’t use that on a dirt road, tried my Burgman 400 and … well… not very amusing so I’ve ordered a Honda ADV350.
But when my goal is to go for a joyride, it’s either my BMW GSA for mixed roads or the Vespa for pure tarmac.
SYM ADX 125 windshield is NOT adjustable
Sorry for the mistake, I will have to check this one. Do you own this model?
@@automotiveterritory I get the ADX in november. And in the user manual does not say anything about an (adjustable) windshield. And in videos on YT. You can see that the windshield sits in a fixed position.
I have a simular scooter and I tell you those tires are worthless on a sandy trail.
What model do you have?
Have you found a good scooter tire for sand?
Kymvp X360
XDV300
👍
Is this like a motocross tourer? 😂
Yamaha t max
X-ADV HONDA, DOHC
Honda adv!
Which of these is your top pick?
SYM MMBCU????REALLY????
What about it?
what was that you said if they bring these scooters to the states, which one would I like, not at those prices!...we're talking scooters here, not motorcycles, personally, I think they're grossly overpriced typical of these manufacturers looking not to turn a profit but instead make a killing , my answer to that is unacceptable NO!.....
Way too much money for those little scooters.
LoL. Good point. These are a super bargain when you look at premium two-wheelers
Bad copies of honda xadv
XDV300
Is it your favorite of them all?
