You guys forgot the curse of Triple H’s entrance themes. For some reason all the singers that do Triple H’s themes die. Lemmy from Motörhead died in 2015, Chris Warren, the singer of the DX theme died in 2016, and if you didn’t know Triple H technically had a version of The Game performed by Drowning Pool. Lead singer of Drowning Pool at the time Dave Williams died in 2002 who performed this version of The Game at Wrestlemania 18. There is also a song titled The Kings and Rebels performed by Chris Warren and Run-D.M.C, Jam Master Jay of Run-D.M.C died two years later in 2002. To an extent, Beethoven’s music was used for Triple H when he was Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Beethoven is obviously dead, but he died way before Triple H was even born. TL;DR Being involved with Triple H’s music is a curse. You will die if you’re associated with Triple H’s songs. I’m surprised you guys didn’t mention this one.

One curse that seem to plauge superstars is the African American/Mid-card title curse (more for the IC title then US.) . Starting with Ahmed Johnson in 1996, he got a kidney disease that sidlined him dropping the belt and he never recovered, The Rock's first title was seen as bad with other contributing facters that made his career stall till his heel turn. The Godfather won the title then became just less and less frequent om TV after lossing it. D'lo Brown's push died after losing the belt due to Vince Russo leaving the company. Booker T won the IC title, lost it a month later then did nothing till going to Smackdown. Then from late 2000s to the end of 2010s it was hard to see as everyone was caught in mid-card hell. One notible exception was Ezekiel Jackson, he was shown to be a dominant force but as soon as he got the belt they took the title from him and he became a named jobber to get others over.

They KNEW it was too dangerous, but allowed themselves to be conned by Bobby Talbert that he could choreograph the stunt as he claimed he was Sting's choreographer (he wasn't).

Wrestling curses make a ton of sense. Even more so in the past. They were carnies who drove around the country putting on shows. Bad dieting, bad sleep schedules and a cocktail of different drug is a recipe for people having bad stuff happen to them. There is also no off season to wrestling so not like you get to go home for 3 months at some point and just relax for a few weeks before kicking back into training.
You can also call Romans run with belt cursed cause of the can cancer but also because his current run is shaping up to be dope but no crowd to see it and him as a heel

Wrestling curses make a ton of sense. Even more so in the past. They were carnies who drove around the country putting on shows. Bad dieting, bad sleep schedules and a cocktail of different drug is a recipe for people having bad stuff happen to them. There is also no off season to wrestling so not like you get to go home for 3 months at some point and just relax for a few weeks before kicking back into training.
What about the diving headbutt curse?
That's not really a curse, that's a dangerous move that shouldn't be done.

I wonder if the current wrestlers take these "curses" seriously? If I were involved in this profession, i certainly would. There is a lot of weird shit that seems to happen all the time, in and around professional wrestling!
