Hi. Just did that today again in the workshop. Turn ignition on and wait for the service indicator to disappear and start wit the procedure. Good luck.

Service reset Sprinter NO buttons on the steering wheel. There are two kind of sprinters. Wit and without buttons on the steering wheel. I made videos both of them. Any questions feel free to ask.

Its not working in the 2017 I am in. It never beeps to allow me to move forward.

Hi. I it must work. We do this all the time. I think you start too soon with pressing the button. Wait for the service indicator that stops blinking and then press and hold the button till you hear a beep. Good luck

2016 did not reset as like as what you did.
