I can't get it to beep what am I doing wrong

I did this fine months ago but Tried it today, it beeped the first time but I wasn't able to display the menu so I shut off and started again but No beep.

I had same year Mercedes follow your directions, you can rid of service B but when you complete this process then come up service A and light still on. That means you waste our time this video useless no make any sense at all you should know that!
