10:51 “zhende” （真的）is pronounced similar to “zhengde”（蒸的）which means steam（a way of cooking） in Chinese. When you say "really" it sounds a lot like "steamed" in chinese and she jokingly asks why you didn't boil it😂😂

It’s crazy to me that people have worked so hard to learn english too. These girls knew things like “Bingo” when you’re correct or “Cheese” before a picture. So cool!! Very impressive!
Yeah it’s wierd how we don’t get as impressed because English is assumed to be standard but these people work hard at it yk
@@jolonghthong5377 They do tend to get more exposure to it than many Anglophones get to other languages though. Not saying it isn't impressive, but still.
tbf saying cheese before a picture is way easier to learn than saying bingo when someones correct, but those two examples arent really the best since a lot of non english speaking countries still use them in speech

Hi Ryan, how do you build charisma?? People are scared of me every time I meet a new people. Until now I dont have friends. So, seeing you talking with random strangers actually made me really disappointed with myself. But I did enjoy the content~ Thanks for cheering me up!
Honestly, for me it was trial and error practicing on Omegle and what not. Like when I started I was afraid to even use the application. Slowly over time I overcame the embarrassment, etc, and I got better. Also, it's a bit of "acting" too. If I act confident in social situations even if I don't FEEL confident, it helps! Hi Crafty Pop. First, have a gentle smile on your face. Relax your face. Don't show teeth though. That might be considered weird.
Try saying Hi/ hello to older people. Over 60/65. A lot of older people don't have that many people to talk to and like it when they have someone to talk too. Even for minute or two.
Think bus stop, waiting rooms grocery stores and so on.
Ask innocent day to day questions that only require a short answer and pay attention. Ask more questions about them or day to day questions and give short answers about you if they ask about you. Be genuinly interested in what they have to say. People will notice if you're not really interested in what they have to say.
If their answers are very short and don't really look you in the eyes, say; Well, nice talking to you, have a nice day. I gotta go to work/school/ sports and so on.
They might be in a hurry or something else. And remember, if they seem not interested in talking to you there are a thousands reasons why they don't/won't/can't talk to you (right now) that most likely have nothing to do with you. Focus on the (short) moments of success instead of the moments that made you feel not so great.
If an akward silence takes place, just be honest and say that you don't talk to that many people so interacting with people can be quite difficult.
Most older people will understand and wiil reassure you and take a little of that nervousness away.
Once that goes "smoothly" start saying hi/ hello to people of your age. Because you had a lot of experience talking with older people it will be easier talking with people who are younger.
Take your time and have fun.
