“One sincerity” is a perfect description of this man. I’ve watched every one of his videos at least once and his “one truth” is his joy using his language skills to turn an awkward first meeting into a memorable encounter for both of them and millions of us viewers. He brings his joy to others and they magnify and reflect it back. That’s the real skill; language is just the vehicle.
I am a big fan of yours and I've watched almost all your videos. I was shocked that you know my state in northeast India i.e Mizoram !! Crazyyy to find out that you know about Mizoram and Nagaland !! I am a bigger fan now after knowing this...
People from different parts in the world learning different languages and connecting through that... That's so sweet. Myself, I'm Portuguese, 39. I learned some loveliest
You met some pretty cool people in that video. The last two people were probably the most memorable. I've been learning my second language for 4 years now. I look forward to starting a new language journey in a few months time with a third language.
As always Kazuma, your videos are really nice. 🙂 And the Turkish girl at 10:38 is absolutely stunning! She's so sweet and smart and beautiful... Wow, you shouldn't let her go... She seems to be one of a kind. 💗
Kazuma you should definitely try some sunflower seeds!! Romanians are absolutely addicted to these. The white ones in the video are actually pumpkin seeds but sunflower ones are the best! They are kinda salty but very tasty. Also it's not just the taste but the satisfaction of cracking them
You would be surprised if i told you that those things are super popular in the middle east, and lot of people there do them in daily bases, such as when watching a movie or TV in general, & even during football matches, people bring them there to eat & watch, probably even more than Romanians lol
The 5 minute conversations are the best, nice to see a rapport between two strangers. Thanks Kazuma. In the conversation with Ariel, it was interesting to me to observe the body language of both people. Kazuma is very good at face to face communication regardless of language. Body language is such a big part of communication. Kazuma gesticulates a lot to emphasise what he is saying. He also reflects local gestures like '🙏'. I have noticed that Kazuma looks to his left as he recalls languages, it was funny to watch both Ariel and Kazuma do the same thing. Fascinating to be able to see their mind working... Both Ariel and Kazuma also keep their mouth in view at all times because we watch for mouth shape and movement when we comprehend someone's speech. I don't know if this is conscious or unconscious behaviour, but it's very helpful.
Woooow!!! Your observations are amazing! And I did most of the gestures without being aware of them... Now that you mentioned it objectively in this way, I think it will be a good opportunity for me to improve/grow. Thank you soooo much Paul, actually I learned so much!
@@KazuLanguages You have a natural ability and the fact that you actually push yourself is amazing to watch. You make it look easy because you have that talent. Non-Verbal communication is soooo important and you do it effortlessly.
Many years ago I read somewhere that people look towards left to remember and right to make things in the spot. Your observations are on point! When I switch languages I also look left without intention btw haha
@@PseudoHistorias Thanks for taking the time to reply. I think body language and other non-verbal communication is fascinating. I worked in a call centre (also years ago) and when you take away the face to face element, language and particularly the voice, become so important. I'll comment about Kazuma's patience and listening skills on a future video... Stay Tuned.

Haha, your Romanian is getting better 👍 And sunflower seeds are not really a daily thing lol, but they're a common snack. About the taste.. they're a bit like nuts in a way, they're usually salted. The white ones are pumpkin seeds actually. You need to crack open the shell with the teeth, then eat the seed inside.
Not language related but: 8:28 The thing that Romanian girl was eating was a pumpkin seed. You get them salted and roasted, and it basically tastes like a salted cashew, sliced almond, or most salted & roasted nuts. Sunflower seeds are similar but different. They both have to be eaten by biting the tip of the seed all the way to the back, to crack open the peel / husk, and then the seed falls out. They're pretty healthy, about 1/3rd cup of shelled seeds is roughly 12g of protein.
There is one special thing with seeds (семечки) you should to know. When you open pack and starts eating you cannot stop until the pack is finished 🤣 Salted or not salted it depends what you want. Pumpkin (white) seeds more healthy but the tradition is sunflower (black) seeds.
In Indonesia we also eat sunflower seed we called it kuaci. We usually eat it as substitute to popcorn or peanuts while watching football. Thanks Kazuma, salam mantaap!!

Kazuma, I love how you said that Reggaeton is vulgar. Me, as Peruvian, I am so proud of you. I also speak many languages and I always avoid the vulgar musics, for example in Portuguese I try always to avoid “funk brasileiro“. By the way, what do you think about Maitre GIMS? He is from Democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩
Thank you so much! Yeah vulgar music is not really my thing... Oh I know Maitre GIMS, personally I like him. His voice is very comfortable to listen to!
Face of shock everywhere 😆... But seriously, I know 5 languages (4 and a half) and I've been learning them since I was a child (I am from Madagascar, and I was forced to learn French and English and Portuguese for school purposes), and I got used to those languages ovet the time... But even thought, I still sometimes forget some vocabularies when I speak... That is why I have very BIG BIG BIG respect for people knowing many languages, such as Kazuma-san ❤Learning languages is not easy, it needs determination and love. By the way, I know Malagasy (Native speaker), French, English, Portuguese (My mom's Brazilian so, yes...), and I started learning Japanese for 2 months now, hoping I could meet Kazuma-san on Ometv one day 😆.

Türkçe bir parçaya yer vermen beni sevindirdi, seni destekliyoruzz.
Thank you so much for your kind comment Hana-san!
It's really great that you've been exposed to so many different languages since you were a kid! I'm looking forward to meeting you on Ome!! :)
Another enjoyable video, arigato! I like how your videos are around 20 minutes or more, not just 5 or 10 minutes. Also I like your beatles abbey road sweatshirt, I have a t-shirt that is the same. Heiwa.
Thank you sooo much always! Oh, you like The Beatles as well! I’m glad that we have the similar tastes! :)
Nice video, German&Turkish girl was wholesome as the last guy.

Muchas gracias siempre! Seguro que puedes hacerlo, saludos!!
very nice people in most of his videos, very reassuring about the human condition and new generations becoming better than the last (speaking as a boomer)...
