- So this is my very first Bagginshield fanvid! BUT since the last movie I can't help myself and fell sooooo deeply in love with these two idiots!!! And even if I did know the ending from the book, I wanted to give them a - happy ending - to be together forever! They are truly meant to be IMHO!
I also want to dedicate this vid to my very dear @A.Cumbercollective - / hizukeksch and the wonderful RPG I got with her! This play was my inspiration for this vid now - so thank you so much hun!!! ILY!

I always have a sad smile on my face when Bilbo say to Thorin "Don't you dare" cause Richard has told us that Thorin means "Darer" or "One Who Dares".
Its his nature to dare and thats what we all love about Thorin, how he dares.
I just wish he dared to do something else.
I haven't ever thought it like that even though I knew the fact about Thorin's name :o Thank you for that, now that scene has yet another meaning :)

I've followed this pairing for so long and then I stopped because it was the only fandom that my heart really couldn't take the story was so sad, and have hints of Thilbo confirmed even by Peter Jackson, plus all the signs throughout The Hobbit and LOTR, it was just too much. I've watched so many videos and, somehow, I'd never seen this one until now. I usually skip so many because they end up being sad, and I thought this one would be, too. But, the way you edited it. I'm honestly speechless. It's so well done and smooth. Its flawless, as far as I'm concerned.

Words cannot describe how much I love this. Texts, music and clips from the movies made me cry even before Thorin walked through the fog but when that happened my reaction was the same as Bilbo's. Amazingly beautiful. And I loved how music intensified when Erebor came into the view and you had put "home" at that point. This video really describes a lovestory.

Heartbreaking!
The profound bond between these two characters always touches me intensely.
During the journey they change each other.
They teach each other that "home" is not something material, however comfortable and safe or majestic and rich, but a place of the soul where to meet. And to get there it is worth getting lost and risking everything.
I never see anything than that before.I love so much,this is the most beautiful Bagginshield's video I never see before.

so heartbreakingly romantic.... I watched the movies the last two days well clicked through more like it to see very scene with thorin and bilbo with the thought of lgbt in mind and widened horizons to the fact that bilbo might be gay and thorin gay or bi too.
And it struck me how many hints there were which I had been missing which made also Thorin's death even more painful or watching than the first time if that's even possible.I cried a lot afterwards and decided to in my spare time start writing a fanfiction bwhere things turn out differently :) hope I can finish it... your video is so amazing truly a wish fulfillment I cried again but I was also in awe as thorin returned and realllly wanted them to have "their Home" 💘

I personality got a thorin t shirt for Christmas and I thought to my self why did my parents give me this and a voice said in my head because they love you that's what spared thorin so he could finally receive the love he never had or thought that it died. He reminds me of maleficent she like him lost the will to love but was able to finally receive it
This is so sad 🥹 I wish they had more time together I think they really loved each other regardless of the nature of that love , it was real and they deserved better .

It is very touching (I have found it only recently), but I don't understand: why do you think they were in love? IMHO it is only a friendship! And Thorin almost killed Bilbo, when he gave the stone to Bard... Is that love? Love should have been stronger, than dragonsickness! I read the book, when I was a child, and there wasn't any love in "The hobbit", neither hetero-, nor homosexual!
