A bilge and pump hose from a hardware store will work fine grouping the wire together for a easier installation and protect from bugs biting wires.

I don't believe that it is code complient to run power cables in walls. You can run low voltage calbes (HDMI, stereo, etc.) but not extention cords or power cords.
