糯米粉 30克
糖 6克
鹽 1/8茶匙
熱水 ~約3湯匙
餡料:
水牛芝士碎 50克
肉鬆 10克
粟米粒 40克
黑芝麻 5克

Yamatoimo (Yam) 200g
Glutinous rice flour 30g
Sugar 6 g
Salt 1/8 tsp
Hot water ~about 3 tbsp
Fillings:
Mozzarella Cheese 50g
Pork floss 10g
Kernel Corn 40g
Black sesame seeds 5g
