This is awesome! It's really helpful for me, especially since I struggle with turning away from my own faith instead of examining it under a microscope. It's definitely a vicious cycle that can leave you paralyzed. I have doubted my own salvation because of not properly understanding election or faith. I doubt my faith is real because I fear He hasn't elected me. Though evidence of election would be living faith. Again, it's a vicious circle for me. I’m scared I don’t have faith because I don’t have much faith that He will save ME. He has an elect. He is faithful to His elect. They will certainly be saved. But am I one of the elect? My faith is weak. I look at it to see if I’m elect. How can I look at God’s promises to the elect and believe He will be graciously give me the gift of a living faith in Him? The CONTEXT of Faith "Alone" means like this... Analogy/metaphor... For Example... If I read in the book that Mr. Smith entered the theater by himself and exited with his friends."... Can I NOT comprehend/understand/interpret that Mr. Smith entered "ALONE" in the theater just because the word "ALONE" was not written?... that is a RIDICULOUS context... That was what the Bible had TRULY meant by context without the word "ALONE."
