I love stories of overcomers.. Many many famous and successful people overcame great obstacles. Einstein was expelled from school and his mother told he will never be able to learn. Marilyn Monroe was told she was not attractive enough to be a model or actress and that she should be a secretary. There are so many examples of this. Thank you. There is so much to be grateful for. Those who are forgiven much, love much. ❤
Mike & Chazz, I'm going through alot of health issues. I'm sick & tired of being sick & tired. I look forward to this podcast it makes me happy. There's a book by Og Mandino it's called "Greatest Sales man". I hope you guy's read it. God bless you & your families.
I love you guys I be learning so much about you too I'm only 22 but you too are my mentors..I lost my father when I was 3 year old you too have lot wisdom thanks so much 🙏 Italian brothers I'm half Italian my self
Hi I just want to thank you for your brutal honesty. It’s so refreshing and thank you for telling part of your life. It is pretty interesting. Praise the Lord for being able to turn your life around and help so many people we desperately need it right now and I totally agree with you about the family. That is the most important thing for these fathers and mothers to be here for these kids it’s a shame the way they’ve been torn apart, because the parents have to work to make enough money to make ends meet, hopefully this will all change. I have total faith that it will. Thanks again for taking the time out of your life to share your wisdom, strength and honor !! 💖💫🙏👍
You are totally right Mr Franzese, I think people are quick to jump and assume people who come from a "no collar" business background are no good and have no positive traits. The reality is that business is business, you have to work hard and smart to earn a living no matter how you earn it !!
Love the discussion about being grateful. I almost died from cancer, been locked up, was dealt a bad hand with a lifelong disease amongst many other difficulties but at one point in my life I finally turned my mindset around by recognizing what I have: family, friends, being able to still have the privilege to breathe and eat, but most importantly recognizing that God is real and is my driving strength in all aspects of my life. You two are giving out lessons in life which might change people for the better as long as they take the time to really listen, and it's important what you're doing. Thank you🙏 *how can I forget the final point you mentioned, even the Bible says "...but the greatest of these is love" and it is so so true.
This is so on the money. I was in the Infantry for 27 years and never expected to be alive at this age. Clean water, a bed and I stayed alone because of the job and knew I would only hurt somebodies feelings if I got close. I made it, am incredibly lucky and grateful and am surrounded by wonderful people (my biggest blessing is the people). I do not need a lot of food or water etc. The people are my PowerBalll. Thanks for you guys sharing this message.
I'm in the same boat. Did 14 years in the Army, 2 combat tours. I got out in 2012 because I could no longer run PT. I live alone in a foreign country, and have been single since I got out because I still hurt (physically and emotionally). Don't want to bother anybody with my issues. I live day to day. 😢
Much love to you both! Thank you for your honesty, which is so rare these days but so appreciated! Plus you both are truly a man's man that is also very rare but so refreshing in this world that we live in! Thank you both!
Good afternoon Mr. Palminteri, Mr. Franzese. Thank you for your advice , knowledge it’s so good to listening this. If can serve you with both of you permission is to pray for both in a daily bases.
GRATITUDE IS DEFINITELY A SUPER POWER! My whole life changed because of this One word! GRATITUDE! I'm extremely grateful 🙏 for the great advice you guys give! THANKS
It’s makes me very happy that a lot of you young people out there conceder these guys to be your mentors. I think the world needs more mentors and mentees. But these are not the only two mentors. There are many. And they are not far away at all. ❤ seek them out. Ask questions. You’ll be surprised.
Gentlemen today’s podcast was brilliant. I can personally relate to all five topics discussed after spending my whole youth and adult life in the Army and getting married later in life, thank you Gentlemen and God Bless.
Michael is absolutely right about the breakdown of the family being a root cause of many problems that America faces today. I believe that is why family values are being attacked by those who wish to have control over us. It is easier to influence people who don't have strong moral values.
I'm so glad and blessed I grew up I a neighborhood like that and you're right what are you gonna call me that friends didn't! That brought me back to me and my friends hanging on the stoop! Many have already have passed so those memories I cherish🙏🏻✝️❤️
What a great show. I really need to be more grateful. I am grateful that I got a great work ethic from my dad, RIP pops. I was extremely spoiled only child. My parents tried for years to have a kid, mom miscarried a couple times so I was truly their miracle baby. I guess I can't blame them, but I need to appreciate and be grateful for what I do have. Thank you Michael & Chazz!
Hi Chazz and Michael! How are you? I direct my anxiety into being thorough; it serves me well. Adaption and gratitude are key skills to happiness. Great podcast ❤
Youve helped me realize this. The moment you give yourself to God, he will humble you and make you realize you're wrong. He will also open so many new paths for you. Things you never will believe are possible. Michael, Chaz, thank you.
Great show Michael and Chaz When I was locked up I read Jim Stovall’s book The Season of Hope Great book and an amazing author and he is blind love his books ! 100 % when you look for bad in someone you’ll always find something We have to appreciate all the Gifts we are given in life ! Stay well see you soon! Many moons ago I wrote a poem to my grandmother named Gifts best Gift is to have true friends and family to share your memories and life with !
How very true. Nothing beats having a roof over your head and a steady income. Being grateful for that, is the best possible mindset to have in life. Anyone with a a rough time in there past knows this very well.
I have a grandson that has autistic since he was he was a happy baby till now he's so lovable he know the phone more than I don't know much about a phone awesome episodes be safe God bless you both.
I knew The Ultimate Gift as a great movie. I never knew it was a book, or that it was based on a true story. Thanks for the wisdom. I am really enjoying it, and learning a lot.
Gratitude Journal...something I talk to the middle school youth girls about at our church - give out of what you have - God blesses out of what we give -
I’m not sure if you two will read this but I’m really grateful for this podcast. Well articulated from your perspective, entertaining, and obviously I’m a big fan. So glad you guys got together to make this podcast, wishing you both all the love health and happiness you can find gentleman.
Thank you guys for all your knowledge. I myself have had a rough life. And am still struggling. And a lot of things that you talk about are helping me through this. And I sincerely just want to thank you. Please Keep this podcast going. Because I can tell you from my own perspective that it must be helpful to others.
This duo was always meant to happen. They inspire me and so many others and we are so lucky in this day and age to have access to this, especially for free. God bless you both and RIP to Chazz’ father ❤️
If you don't have money or things or whatever to give, you can give of your time! What I have learned actually is time is the most valuable! Can you help someone mow their lawn? Can you help someone work on their car? We all have something to give. And as these men said, boy does it feel great!
Wow! I didn't know that about Beethoven. And I already thought he was a musical genius but now he's just on a WHOLE different level. You guys are awesome together. I hope you guys continue to do these.
Great episode sirs I'm not articulate enough to tell you guys how much I appreciate this, but this is the best I can do for now, you sirs, are my Role Models. I wish you could do an episode about Stoicism or Controlling Anger. Again, thank you so much for creating this podcast, and wanna let you know that you got fans at the east side of the earth 🇵🇭
I love yous two guys and great minds think alike everything you've talked about resonates with me and i try but still have alot of work to do on my self, i look up to you two so much thank you keep doing what you do
Great advice. And. Honestly. The great Bruce Lee always be your self. Express yourself but. Love Michael an chazz. Looking forward. To more mike and chazz. Keep it. Going. Guys and they say in Star Trek Kirk out. Take care and keep safe
As a musician, I've been playing music now fourteen years I'm still hungry and I still go at it, everything in my studio was either found in the trash and put back together or somebody gave it to me, and what I can attest to is, the arts you need to be ready to starve and I will say this the hungrier you become the better your music sounds I agree with mr palmatarie, it ain't easy but it's worth it.
I absolutely loved when you got on the small topic of Social Media. And you guys are right it's a blessing but also a curse. Because I'm a young man myself but I can see how some people use it for the wrong reasons. For me I try to use it for entertainment and occasionally inspire but I don't abuse it so much. I have met and gotten to know many great people through social media but I've also come across people that are just absolute lowlife scum bags, bullies, people that try to break other's spirits or trying to make them be like they are. Those are the people I don't associate with. I'm 23 soon to be 24 this year and I'm young but I also have the knowledge like an old school individual. And I give credit to my father for planting that in my brain and I also thank you guys for the knowledge you give out and try to inspire others to do better. Bless both of you!
Come on!!!! Now!!! #BEYOU!❤🎉
this podcast is like finding water on the desert the gift that keeps on giving keep up the great work Mike and chazz

I worked in a preschool and I saw the entitlement attitude!
