I just watched this and I for the LIFE of me cannot figure out why people need to make negative comments. If you are typing a rude comment and stick the word "sorry" at the beginning...it's still rude so maybe don't say it. That's what backspace is for.
Since you aren't coloring your hair, I decided to follow suit and stop coloring my hair. I've always been on the red side, but I finally decided to transition. I get my hair done every six weeks. My stylist suggested that we do it gradual, so she is doing a frost look. I don't remember the name. It should take two more trips to be natural. Thank you, I am loving it and so is my husband.

I love your hair. I grayed very early and I let it grow out. I personally love the salt and pepper look. Mine now is almost all gray now and I love the freedom of not coloring. I get compliments all the time too. Takes alot of confidence❤
For those people with the negative commons about your hair! Did they look in the mirror lately to see how they look. People are so judgmental. I have salt and pepper hair and love it. I feel great and beautiful. You are beautiful and you wear it well. ❤

Make picked eggs with juice of the pickles. Don’t eat the pickles but family can. Just keep in the frig all the time . I peel the eggs once a week put in use as sides all the time.

Neisha, made meatballs today, not exactly your recipe, but made them my own, within reason. So very good and I'm in the process of transitioning to carnivore (ketovore is still in my life and it will be for sometime). Just wanted to say with these in my life, the transition will be easier and knowing I won't go to hell if I add a salad sometime or throw a piece of cheese on a burger now and then it isn't going make me wake up to a 400 pound weight gain overnight. Thank you for letting me know if I'm slightly flawed, I'm still okay. 💕💕💕

Have you noticed a difference in your dental health, i.e. cavities or decay, since switching to Ketovore? What is your stance on composite versus amalgam fillings?

What vitamins do you take? the D3 Dr Berry recommends by Nature Made has Soybean oil & Corn oil, are these safe to be taking daily? He recommends 2 different Magnesium on 2 different tube talks. One by Nature Made with the same additives I think, the other is Magnesium Glycinate 400mg by KAL.
I do collagen bc don’t do bone broth in the South in Summer( Bama). I still broke my femur stem but have the best fingernails in the US for an 81 yrs. I do cheese to provide 1000mg Ca. I found I have osteoporosis been Carnivore 6 yrs. I shun dairy no more especially over age of 60. Keep those bones healthy!
Yep Equip is great... that premier one is full of really yucky ingredients! I'm carnivorish & I love the beef protein shake for days I'm on the run. I also make Dani Conway's protein "fudge" & its delicious & good way to get a bit of fat (made with butter). I love LMNT grapefruit salt & watermelon.... honestly, it's not technically carnivore - but who cares... I'm close enough in a way that is doable for me - for the rest of my life.

Wasn't able to participate. I'm sure you'll have more livestreams so I can ask & hopefully get an answer to a *burning* question I've had for awhile. Which is what is the red gemstone you're wearing? Maybe you already mentioned somewhere & I missed it. As I have noticed you do get other *repeat* questions from others. I believe in *energy* effect of gemstones on environment. Too many things have happened to simply *chalk up* to coincidence. Currently favoring green jade (jadeite variety) & peridot. I tend to develop inflammation issues with ruby but trying to counteract this contraindication coz it is very useful to get attention when you need it to get things done. Gave up *blue* topaz coz there were increased mechanical breakdowns. White colored variety of topaz seems ok though.

Neisha, I am only carnivore for 2 weeks so far so I don't know yet, but you are still young enough (celebrate that!) unlike someone in later 40's plus that MAY need collagen anywhere we can get it. I guess I am testing that now. I followed you and Dr B through keto, lost a lot of weight and had to get collagen supplements to tighten up the neck.
Again, that was clean lazy keto, not carnivore. So I will see in a few months I hope. I still have a lot to lose because I gained half (only half) over the covid years.

Just wondering if adding stevia, erythritol, xylitol has aggravated irritable bowel syndrome? I think I must be more sensitive at the moment due to peri menopause and it seems like any plant fermentables are causing a lot of my symptoms.

Could it be that Neisha ate a high carb/high sugar diet during her 20s and early 30s, up until she discovered keto/carnivore? Sugar can lead to premature greying.
