Silco loved Jinx without a question because he made Jinx and killed Powder. Vi loved her sister, be it Powder or Jinx. She was ready to run away with her somewhere far from everything, but Silco ruined it. And I absolutely hate him for it.
Powder broke when she confronted the guilt of being the one responsible for the deaths of most of her family. Jinx was whatever was left of Powder afterwards that pieced itself together with Silco's help. Without Silco, Powder would've completely broke. Jinx, although she still had parts of Powder, could never be the Powder that Vi remembered, anymore. Silco knows that, Ekko knows that, literally anyone that has known Jinx for a long time knows this. Vi doesn't. Because she still thinks Powder can come back, that Jinx can be "healed." She wants to run away with Jinx, hoping to turn her back into her sister, Powder. But Jinx is Jinx, and would never be Powder again. Nobody loved Jinx. Only Silco did. He never even manipulated her, because even when she was annoying, even when she was a nuisance to his dreams, he never stopped loving her. Everyone else who loved her only held unto their belief that Powder is still there, somewhere within Jinx, and only needed to be saved. And they're wrong.
@@kritikakishore6689 I disagree. Even Jinx said that it was actually Vi who created Jinx. Vi loved the person that she built up in her head (Powder), not who her sister actually was (Jinx). Until the very last second? Vi still clung to the idea that her “real” sister was inside of Jinx, not seeing that this was who she was now. Vi was blind to the pain she was causing Jinx, screaming for her to remember all of the horrible traumatic things that tormented her, which is why Silco took up the pistol to end it (and Vi). Silco accepted her for what she was, a broken and imperfect thing, just like Zaun, the city he loved and would die for. For all of her love, Vi was an extremely destructive person in Jinx’s life. Silco was not a good father, but he loved Jinx unconditionally, something Vi was unable to do. Even when Jinx killed him, he did not blame her or hold it against her. With his dying words he reiterated what he always believed. That Jynx was perfect just the way she was. This is very much a story of how good intentions can destroy anything, which is why the characters all work so well. The writers did a fantastic job of showing their intentions and then we see exactly how those intentions lead them all to ruin.

Great song amplified by a beautiful voice. Arcane was a story that has been told for thousands of years. Nothing new under the sun, just different characters and places.
Maybe Silco was serious about his final words. Maybe he would have left his beloved Zaun in ruin and squalor just to keep his surrogate daughter, psychosis and all. Or maybe he just said that knowing Jinx would do something terrible and get back at the world for him. Was Mel telling the truth to Jayce when she said she wanted to be better than her awful family? She was better than them, but she was still manipulative and power-hungry like her mother. Did she try and was only partly successful, or did she just say that to manipulate Jayce? There are so many questions like this, and I like not knowing the answers.
On the Mel part: Yes, she is power hunger just like her mother is. However, like her mother have a thing for family, she also have a soft side that she is compassionate and caring for those around her rather than just diss everyone in the pursuit for power
Everything you asked I asked too. It's why I'm not quick to like silco, he couldve been lying the whole time, just because he knew it would trigger jinx into full chaos mode.
I think Silco meant it. The talk he had with Vanders statue seals it for me. He finally felt what Vander had felt. And like Vander, he would've chosen to protect his child over giving them up for peace and his "dream". The story telling and character development is truly phenomenal. And I don't even like League like that. Bravo to everyone involved.
All the conjecture around Silco being evil or even a truly bad man fades with the fact that time moves in one direction, the order of events... Vander admitted what he did to Silco was wrong. In other words, one could call this karmic fate as Vander set the events into motion when he tried to kill Silco and it came full circle right back at him. He did not kidnap Jinx, he thought Vi was dead too. Silco showed us that even a man who has had everything taken from him, can still rise again with a fatherly embrace of - another - lost child whose pain he could see in her, reflected back at this own. Evil doesn't continue to admit the truth in their dying breathe....."I never would have given you up."

Lagu ini kutujukan bagi semua orang yang pernah menyakiti fisik atau mental 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
"THAT I needed you more"
Ray Chen é um dos ling lings que ainda existem 🙏
All the conjecture around Silco being evil or even a truly bad man fades with the fact that time moves in one direction, the order of events... Vander admitted what he did to Silco was wrong. In other words, one could call this karmic fate as Vander set the events into motion when he tried to kill Silco and it came full circle right back at him.
He did not kidnap Jinx, he thought Vi was dead too. Silco showed us that even a man who has had everything taken from him, can still rise again with a fatherly embrace of - another - lost child whose pain he could see in her, reflected back at this own. Evil doesn't continue to admit the truth in their dying breathe....."I never would have given you up."
when you replay cuz it didn't hurt you enough the first time..
I feel this song. I feel so much 😭
How can i be so melancolic with the vilain of the story...
This song always makes me blubber
Really really good song.
It would be sad if in season 2 jinx finally gives herself up to the enforcers and this song plays in the background while vi watches her do it
Geiler Emopop!

"Wait a minute, this isn't my bedroom"
For a moment, in the red sky, I see Griffith, and i realize that, maybe think about what he and guts could have been. But he takes the worst choice

They wrote this song for the show, didn’t they? Because the lyrics fit so well with Jinx’s and Vi’s story.
Yes and it fits with Jayce and Viktor as well, especially when you know their lore and what happens..
I never would have given you to them, not for anything.
Okay... I know this is a Silco-Jinx / Vi-Jinx song but.... DANG does it fit Machine Herald and Man of Tomorrow well!!.
Stiiiiiing

В какое ведро мне плакать?
Fuck, we probably gotta wait 2 or 3 years for the continuation.
When I first watched Arcane, I did it before I knew it was from a game, I feel that made it more enjoyable for me
Oh my god¨
(Lyrics) bro a giant chunk of the song is missing the lyrics though?
