I'm actually surprised with the way they made Jason in this game. I thought he'd be an edgy prick 75% of the time and soften up in the latter half, but he's pretty chill throughout this one!

While I do alternate between characters, Red Hood’s my personal favorite in this game. Witnessing Jason’s story and his interactions with the Bat-Family and how they’re helping him cope is heartwarming.
I resonate with his story in this installment, it makes me think of the brother who came back from the military and it changed him forever and he got into crazy shape to fight his demons

I feel like the story was written for Jason honestly. Like it makes the most amount of sense with him. I also love his characterization here and aside from the seriously terrible hair, his design is good I think.

Yeah the characters don’t all treat each other different as a result but that’s not the point either. It’s that you only every see part of the story. The stuff each character goes through is unique to their experience and no one else’s.
It really frustrates me because the writing for some of these characters clearly had love and thought put into them. Shame about the rest of the game though.
what's wrong with the rest of the game? i really can't understand what made it so bad in the eyes of everyone. it doesn't lack content, many side stories with batman villians. gameplay is average, great outfits,characters,story, the game looks great. i geniunly think that the only thing that makes this game bad is its comparison to arkham knight. a game with a much worse storyline.
