That’s the first thing I thought, as well! Nature heals! The horribly stressful conventional life we’ve been programmed to endure is killing us. I’m 55, single, and in the process of starting a whole new lifestyle this summer.

Dees first video with Bob gave me immence hope that I would not be destitute in my darkest hour. She survived many hardships as a Nomad but she demonstrated the ability to take care of herself and have low stress life of freedom that is priceless.
I agree! I was going through a divorce among other things and her video came at a time when I was at my lowest. She was a ray of hope and I thank Bob for interviewing courageous women like her!

I'm 68, too, and saw that vid of Dee living on 800 a month in a small car, about 6 months ago, and was very impressed with her amazing attitude, abilities.
I’m so happy to see Dee, every time! She was my inspiration to buy a small class c and redecorate it. Knowing that even at my age I can travel and enjoy my life!

Love it. I travel in a teardrop trailer all over the country. I'm 80 years old and still going strong. I do have an apartment but still manage to be on the road 6 months or more a year.
Good thing Bob is there for Dee. When you're A full-time rver, you have a purpose to get up in the morning and you always have something that needs tending to. I build and remodel homes, and also full time RV in a tab 400 since 2006 with my dogs. Not once have I built or remodeled a home where someone wanted to downsize. Most people tell me their 1500-3500 sqft homes are too small for their family of 2-3 people. I even have a friend who has no furniture in her house. Being in my early 40's, I always love watching people who are much older, but have been rving for many years. I will never buy a home and always feel blessed for my choice of living simple. Funny thing is, I went full time rving because my poodle had separation anxiety, and I traveled a lot, so when her home went with us, she never had to adjust to a new hotel room again. She was always comfortable in the same environment, so I never left full-time rving.

This is originally how I found out about Dee- before she had a channel. I'm forever grateful I came across one of her livestreams after she started a ch. and loved the way she talked to all of us as if we were right there in the camp with her, and helped many of us grow on YT. She treats everyone the same if you have 1 sub or a million. Her humble and straight shooter personality has been a blessing to me. She is the reason we have such a wonderful community within the community.

Dee is such an inspiration. She’s an amazing woman. I struggle with organizing things well. I haven’t found this lifestyle to be particularly cheap yet, but I’m trying. I have to work full time & have bills that need to get eliminated eventually. I’m determined to make it! I’m taking Dee’s advice & not giving up.

I can’t wait to be out in my 5x8 cargo trailer. 😊 She downgraded from a 5th wheel to a cargo trailer. I upgraded from a teardrop to a cargo trailer I can stand in. There is really nothing else I need except to expand battery storage in my Bluetti 200 Max.

I been watching this channel for a long time I live in NY I started car life I have a small Saturn job but me & my dog fit in trying to save money for a van I have $2,400 saved already but it's very hard especially being on disability because of my heart
The bills are for sure cheaper I'm on land my daughter rents but I do everything on my own I do not use her bathroom or anything all on my own outside I'm hoping I can find a ok van at least before I pass away so I can have a little more room for me & my dog I chose this lifestyle after my mom passed away in 2022 of cancer I kept out apartment until 2023 then got out of it & gave everything up to be closer to my daughter in case I do pass she is my next of kin I figured I would be close saving as much as I can I just wish I could do it faster especially because of health reasons love the videos

Dee is an extraordinary person. She harnesses a positive attitude and makes the best out of every circumstance that has come her way. She proves you can live large with little. She understands how to be content and how to exercise gratitude. We need more people like her as she brings hope and encouragement to so many others.
I've been following Bob for years. The original video with Dee left me with hope! I'm in a very similar position as her now. I'm saving every penny so I can get into a van or a box van within the next two years, hopefully sooner. Curently getting my health issues addressed. Thank you both for spreading hope ❤

I've seen a lot of different builds and hers looks so tidy but still has everything you could need. That freezer is awesome. How wonderful to have an oven too. The garage is genius with the air conditioner mounted. Great job Dee!

Good job on that garage. Having that extra tank of propane was SO worth doing. That way when the first bottle runs out, and it WILL, she ain't without propane. She simply switches to the new tank. Then later on, at her convenience, she has the empty tank refilled. Heck, I would fill em both up in the same visit to a tractor supply company. They always seem to have good prices on refilling the bottles. She has application specific fixes; in example.... that Little Buddy heater. She can pull it out and have her home nice and warm in no time.
I like your gate at your door. It gives a barrier when your door is open. Nice, organized home, Dee.
