Hello! One of the Devs here of Blink! Thank you for playing Blink the last night! Blink is our passion project. One of our original free demo we put out ended up being 2hrs long and had 4 different endings. After 3yrs of development We ended up making it a series to not rush over any part of the story we wanted to tell. I really enjoyed your playthrough and will defiantly be checking out more videos on your channel!
Thank you for making this game! It is very interesting to watch. I would never play horror games myself, but I always enjoy the walk through. One thing I like the most about this game is that the story line isn't rushed, and that the atmosphere is eerie without having something to always chasing you down.
Definitely got a good story! Especially in the beginning! I am studying game development at university and love to see any work in regards to how a project came to be! I specialise in character modelling and 3D mapping 😊 can’t wait to see CJU find all 4 endings! And hopefully the flash light 😂 thank you for all the effort you guys made into the story. And hopefully we will see more character modelling and animation for the next chapter!
Chis, how can you remember all of these games you’ve played. Ive been watching you for a while but i cant remember the Gallagher case from any other game you’ve played. I only remember the ones that you’ve had a series of.
@@Dartace2ace He's right that he didn't play it long ago, but he's also modest. He has exceptional spongey-ness tbh. He retains a great deal and you can see that in his let's plays easily. I see so many people comment about how he always seems to remember where things are in a game map, or "how does he remember the freaking way to go? i've been lost since 4 minutes in!". I agree with them too. He's blessed with a great memory!
O wow, I was going to suggest you play this! My friend's brother is the lead designer (which sounds kinda funny since its a 2 person team) on this game. I am glad to see you enjoyed it!
Mirrors reflect...She's reflecting on her memories by reading the letters? Good one. The CAMP facility looks reeeally modern, and the Vidia house (notes about Malcom mentioned a Vidia Psychiatric too) looked like it was set in the past (there's cameras for the house too) , I think it was mentioned to be somewhere in the 60s-70s. CAMP discovered some drug to help with early dementia...could Mary the baby sitter actually be an older woman who's experiencing dementia, relieving her past memories, and possibly be at the CAMP facility being tested for or receiving medication for dementia? Lily DID look older in the photo at the facility too. There was some text "Break the cycle" on the walls, and ofc the game 'resets' and goes back to where the game started albeit with some differences. But I'm not sure what the Grace angle is, it could be chalked up to false memories caused by dementia? It's just a theory, I don't think this is all or what's actually happening, since Malcom believes that something suspicious is going on with the facility. Either way, very interesting story, looking forward to the next chapter!
This was a really nice watch. There's always something fun about watching Chris play games that he genuinely starts to enjoy. Hats off to the devs for making such a brilliant game. ;-3
I love this, kept me on the edge of my seat and gave me chills. My favorite thing was, "is that a corpse? Why is there a corspe in the backyard." Made me giggle when I was perplexed trying to figure out what was going on. Thanks for the video! And kudos to the devs!
350 was the code she said on the radio, I would have loved to see if you could open the safe for a flashlight? Since the game hinted that you Missed Something on the Radio, very strongly, after the first night. And when you went to repeat the sequence, you didn’t stay long enough, AND remember, the note said the radio lady would be Quieter, every time it played! Definitely would like to see if there was another ending you missed!
Hello mate! Fellow Brit here and I wanted to say your playthroughs are refreshing and enjoyable. I find myself searching CJU.. for your videos. Have an amazing day and keep up the genuine and enjoyable playthroughs.
I really like the spooks in this. Constantly catching just glimpses of stuff out of the corner of your eye and what not really creates a strong atmosphere of tension and paranoia. Really well done.
Alright!! Here we go with another CJU play-through. So nice to be at work, watching his videos and getting paid for it. It's a tough job, but hey, I'm a team player and I'll make the sacrifice. The still won't let me drink on the job, though....so insensitive to my needs.
In the credits it says "Babysitter B-8" with the name Peace Barothomas. There were tapes wit "Mary B-8" on it. Maybe that's a hint towards the player's identity.
Quick correction on your read of Mr. Brown's childhood conviction. "Colorado St. Penn" would be Colorado State Penitentiary, not Saint, I believe. It's a real place in the US. Not sure why they abbreviated penitentiary with two Ns though. I can totally see why you'd read it as Saint though given it's abbreviated! That said, I love games like this; where they could really happen. It's scarier for sure. Thanks for sharing this one!
2:33 - wow, you would take the whole cake? CJU Sweet Tooth :) btw, when I've heard about the rabbit doll I've immediately thought: "Now we know where Mr. Hopp is now" xD
Love watching your videos. Today this one and Fears to Fathom Episode 2 got me through the worst of a nearly 102 degree fever. I put them on so often for a little comfort since your voice is so familiar at this point. My son Tanner who's turning 1 the 28th also seems to enjoy your content considering he looks up and around every time he hears your voice which is so cool. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do!
Looks like a very interesting game, but is *_handicapped by ambient darkness!_* So frustrating! Shape up, devs! And add lights with soft edges, like in the real world.
My main gripe for this game is not being able to have a flashlight. If there had been one provided and you've missed it, then there should be another chance for the player to obtain one in another area within the house at least. It doesn't help that some of the locations use soft lights or doesn't believe in working light switches at all. Aside from that, I find it interesting. Of course, we get a lot of jostling from one location to the next, but the devs were considerate enough to throw us some hints as to what may be going on. I definitely wouldn't mind seeing you play its continuation, whenever it comes out.
Maybe if you read all of the doctor's papers you may have gotten some idea of who you're dealing with. I thought he had some kind of "special" kid and with it being her birthday the sitter to toy with was her real present. Roaming the facility feels like when Stuart Redman got loose in the CDC in The Stand.
Between the last two games I’ve finally understood how CJU has such an easy time figuring his way around new maps in games. It’s because they’re not new maps lol. He’s seen it all
There's the conjuring house series though. Watch that one. I believe he mentioned sometimes he keeps notes and or maps But generally hes great at navigating these games
@@shaddowsdieout I apologize if it wasn’t clear but I was making a joke. He recognized the house from the last two games he’s played. I know most maps tend to be new to him, I was just trying to be funny.

Just Started watching! So excited Chris! This looks amazing from the first couple of minutes and does remind me a bit of "At Dead Of Night". Well, will see!
Aw man why do have to make the games so DARK, I barely see anything. And before anyone says anything, yes, you can make a game scary and still make it so that you mostly see what's going on (and that things like flashlights are useful and needed)
Lots of questions and lots of loose ends but this was enjoyable. If they’re going to tease a flashlight they really should actually provide one in the same episode tho
Well that was fun! My guess for now is that poor baby-sitter is tripping balls, but it's a bit early to tell. Toward the end of the video I felt the game maybe bit more than it could chew, just to discover there's gonna be a follow-up to this, so that's nice. I do feel the game lost a bit of its intensity in the last 15 minutes or so, but it's nothing major. The only downside is how dark it was a times, that was a bit frustrating : easily fixable in the sequel (fingers crossed).
I'm wondering if maybe the doctor using babysitters to test meds bc the previous babysitter "tried" to kidnap her and got in a accident so yea idk seems weird
