When Donald announced his retirement, Kyler Murray said "Thank God". I thought he was just being funny, but when they started showing retrospectives of Donald, I realized Murray was serious. Donald didn't just sack QBs; he brought some pain and you don't pick up on it until you see it in slow motion. Dude was a beast.
As a fan who started watching the year he was drafted you can tell the dude was special, and he is one of one. It was an honor to see him play live and finally win a SB. I’ll never take those years for granted!
As a rams fan and watching him get drafted while i jus started highschool till now my adulthood. Imma miss seeing him wreaking havoc in the league. I wish he stayed at least 2 more seasons with my rams but i understand his reason why. Will forever miss AD. Im so glad i got to experience him play in my young lifetime. Once in a lifetime player right there #GORAMS
The best defensive player ever. Bro got double and tripled teamed almost every play his whole career and he still put up the numbers he did. He was so fucking dominant man. What also made it crazier was that he was a defensive tackle, a position known to be run stoppers but he got sacks like he was a defensive end. He was unblock able
One of my favorite facts about AD99 was that he was statistically better in a 2 on 1 situation, than the average Defensive Player was in a 1 on 1 situation, so yes, this man was usually triple teamed
As a lifelong Rams fan (60 years) I miss AD so much! Even if he couldn't perform up to expected AD standards, imagine what the Rams D-line would be like this season with him in there!
Favorite AD moments were is Super Bowl LVI - sacking Joe Burrow and other crucial tackles on the last drive secured our Rams' victory - AD made sure of it.
AD99 is the GOAT. It's undeniable. I knew it. I called HOF before he was even drafted and projected as a 3rd round pick. You know " different " when you see it. GOAT
Everyone remembers the Sack of Joe Borrow but i remember mostly is that stop of their running back a few plays earlier where AD held him back from getting a first down. That was Hugh. AD congrats Bro and thank you for All you did for my favorite team
Why are the videos and pictures used all out of the place? If this video was about breaking down the 2018 year, it wasn't that good. If this video was about his legacy, it wasn't that good. This video didn't break down much. I expected a deep dive into his 2018 season. It was a mesh of a video.
AD would of gotten the NFL sack record against the 49ers if it wasnt for the QB rather throw once he was in AD's grip and rather throw 2 picks instead of taking the sack
I so miss watching him causing chaos for the quarterback!! 😢i’m so sad he retired!! watching football is so different now!! there is no one in the league that was like him no one! One of one
@@trinitrujano7510 cuz Donald shows up when it matters😔 and Jimmy G sucks he always wears boots when in the pocket, he literally can’t move around to save his life.

That dude was built in a lab, cuz his body fat as a defensive lineman was insane. Strong as an ox
Underrated comment
He was LITERALLY double and tripled team every single play
Greatest defensive player of all time

do a full season analysis of the 2002 buccaneers
just saying at 1:31, the flag that flies in is a flag on the offense for holding Aaron Donald
That happened so much hardly ever called!
EVERYONE in NFL holds. Nothing new 🤣☠️
The craziest thing about that season was that he didn't have a sack in nearly half of the regular season games he played that year.

AD also had #1 on da 100 players list a couple of years ago
Then everyone started to double team and triple team him and honestly messed his records.

The way Branden fiske play reminds me of aaron donald
He’s good but AD is on a completely nother level
@ no one can be on the same level as AD he is the GOAT

Not even top 20 greatest just STOP
Niners locked him up in his latter years though😬😬 but this video made me appreciate him a lot more.
That's crazy because Donald was the one who sacked Garoppolo in the NFC championship to sling shot the Rams to the super bowl. To win it all.

Not hard to lock someone up when you double and triple him all night lmao
@@tjjj.j1 actually it was 1-on-1 between him and this random guard but you could show me the evidence if you’d like
