Update: Did the M2 difficulty version and it is an ENTIRELY different beast. I can absolutely see now why the journalists considered it hard. Easily the hardest dungeon in the game right now and likely almost impossible to survive at 5 CON.
This would have been WAY better if the model was MUCH bigger like you could be fighting a King Kong or something. Or better yet a more unique and different model to what we already see in the new zone. Re-skins are boring! I remember seeing the giant skull with the laser eyes for the first time during an invasion and thought that was EPIC. Even the Chardis boss in Lazarus is unique. I wish they put more effort into this moving forward.
Just want to say that the stacks you saw on perforate is not referring to the fortification stacks, it says how much of the ability perks you can stack on your gear. Refreshing shows 4 stacks and all abilities you can only have one of.
0:34 I don't know if it is intentional, but if you look at the sillouttes of the trees in the distance, you can see how it looks like a giant deer and a human/monkey facing, maybe representing the humans fighting the angry earth

It was a sleep-deprived live recording without any retakes, but I also didn't find the dungeon itself particularly exciting. Story mode difficulty made it kind of a snooze

can i still play healer in PVE for fast dungeons and play asassins dps/whatever in PVP or am i doomed because of loot bias? can i gear my DPS while playing healer?
Had the same thought. It would be rly sad if we could be up there after a few runs. If we get it to easy and we are able to complete m3 with "bad" gear to fast it will not be good for long term engagement. I understand why they need to adress that some ppl are rly slow in progess and rly bad but there are alot of players that have 625 and all expeditions on m10 gold for a longer time without being sweety about it. This would be a little dissapointing if it would happen to fast again. Anyway i look forward to the expansion looks overall like great fun, they checked so many boxes for me and some friends :D Edit: I think a distibution of GS ranges like this would make sense: Story: 650-665 (they said u get 650 form the main quest, this way u can bump it little to help with m1) M1: 660-680 (675 is needed for M2 so u would progess throu M1 like this and can get somewhat ahaed of m2) M2: 675-690 (you go up to 690 with a rly rare 700 GS item so u can barely complete m3 but not in any good rating) M3: 685-700 ( because u barely can make it when u come from M2 you could fight your way to 700 GS and a good rating) this way there would be a nice progression that also helps u to make the next tear a little more achivable and dont forget there is always the possibllity to craft higher GS itmes to help with the progression.

For medium gear, in mutations you can probably just throw on a medium set after you finish the dungeon before you open all the boxes

Do you know how much dark matter you get from salvaging items on PTR? NWDB says that is a potential source.
Will our current patterns from the events (summer, spring etc) make over 600 GS in the new expansion?
Are the item's stats from drops based on attributes or weapons in slot? You have got dex items because SnS scales with str/dex?

Loot bias only increase your probability of having a similar gear, others gears still drop.

Didn't they say that from now on you will get gear matching your current equipped items? I noticed you got other weapons too from loot.
You'll still see everything else drop, you're just more likely to get weapon and armor geared towards what you currently have equipped
