This was phenomenal to see and has made me very homesick. I lived round the Glen Coe area and was surrounded by all that beauty. Loch Lomond is amazing and so so tranquil. Fort William is stunning as well. My heart though is firmly in Glen Coe, I adore this area and wish I never came back down south

@@BooksNest they were fantastic Beth and the only reason I came back down South is because I couldn’t live the life of being “the one who lunched with the ladies” “the kept woman as apparently I had no need to work”. If I was that sort of person it would have been marvellous but unfortunately that wasn’t the lifestyle I could handle. I couldn’t drive either (and still can’t due to ill health) so I had a driver on hand to take me everywhere. Honestly it was like the stuff you read in books but I just couldn’t do it. Looking back this man is now the LOML and I certainly left my heart in Scotland in many many ways x
Great vlog Beth, I enjoyed the dinosaur rock facts with Jacob 😁 I’d say parsnip counts as a vegetable, I mean it’s a root vegetable so it must be a vegetable 😅 I also love mushrooms, asparagus and tomatoes (which might be a fruit 😆)

Scotland really is stunning.
If there’s one thing this vlog has confirmed it’s that I need to go back to Scotland and go to the Isle of Skye. Guess I’m planning two trips to the UK at once, which is something I’m very much okay with.
